Honestly the only one Mik avoided the bottom for when she could have been is the disco challenge, and even then, I'll honestly say it felt less like they were favoring Mik, and more they wanted to have Kandy and Tamisha lipsynch.

But comparatively speaking, Mik was ridiculously more highly favoured and subsequently saved from her down falls, whereas Kandy actually took on lip syncing in the bottom when it was warranted as a direct result of her underperforming. Whereas Mik underperformed and was never penalised or had to fight against those results.

I honestly can’t believe Silky wasn’t on this list! I like Silky but there was maaaany times she should’ve placed low on her season and her lip sync against nina west should’ve been a double elimination

Baga Chipz was definitely favored, she won the challenge when the runway theme was Bond girl but she was as dressed as Liza Minnelli and should’ve been in the bottom over Sum Ting Wong during the design challenge

I disagree, Tina and Utica were both worse than her. Tina's ad didn't have anything to do with her product until the last like 5 seconds and Utica's was hands down the worst commercial ever made on drag race, it literally failed on every level and didn't make any sense

@@oliverwortley3822 Vanjie didn’t get a lot of passes…Episode 1, she was High because her outfit was killer, but didn’t win (she definately would’ve if she was highly favoured). Episode 2, safe despite her runway being killer (and was never ever mentioned that it wasn’t the same silhouette). Episode 3, again, safe but did a good job which was mentioned along with Ariel (note, did not win despite being the funniest one in the challenge). Episode 4, low , gave a performance better than Mercedes and Rajah, outfit critiqued. Episode 5, safe due to same silhouette. Episode 6, in the losing team yet her performance outshone everyone else. Her outfit was heavily critiqued though (and rightly so). Episode 7, safe. Episode 8, low, only reason she was not in the bottom 2 was because Brooke and Yvie flopped harder in snatch game. Episode 9, bottom 2 for the first time with Plastique, definately won the lip sync. Episode 10, yvie and silky shouldve been in the bottom instead of BOTH of shuga and Vanjie (Vanjie’s runway was very well done). That doesnt seem like favouritism. Episode 11, KILLED The makeover yet didnt win (again doesnt seem lile favouritism). Episode 12 went home due to her energy being off in the lip sync, positively critiqued on her runway but still if ahe was favoured silky should’ve been in the bottom so Vanjie could win, but she wasnt. Vanjie goes home. Overall, Vanjie wasn’t favoured compared to queens Like Eureka, Kenya and Carmen, when it came to returning queens.

for season 6 the most favored was actually adore imo. i thought she should've been in the bottom for episode 1, then for episode 3 which is the acting challenge (she basically lead her group into a ditch), and one could even argue that tkb should've sent her home. no hate to her though

I agree. Surley the battle of Adore and Courtney in the singing challenges was planed, so Adore had to be there and she was not put in the bottom 2 in the first episodes because of that.

The horror movie challenge as well, she was a terrible leader, did not run lines with anyone, miscast most everyone and admitted it on stage as "you do that, you do that or whatever", and still avoided the bottom.

As much as I love her, nobody was more favored on Season 6 than Adore.

She definitely wasn’t mistreated or overlooked. she was given a nice, favourable edit and, if anything, was treated favourably at some points

It's all a matter of opinion. Personally, while I love both Gigi and Jaida and think they are both amazing queens, in that lip-sync finale for the crown, Jaida's performance was BY FAR the worst of the three. Gigi and Crystal both had clever or funny elaborate ful-on music video stuff while Jaida just kid a pretty meh dance routine in her living room.

I think that you missed Silky Nutmeg Ganache, like Plastique, she played several times the same character but under different names, so the judges weren't really seeing that she kinda was one note the hole season, and the only few times she won with it, it was because she was the only one that was doing ok in the challenge (I am thinking about the rusical and snatch game). And OB-VIOU-SLY, the lipsync against Nina, where she did a bad reveal, a messy split, she almost fell on the ground because of her dress. For me, this particular lipsync should have been the third double-elimination, but again they wanted to save her.

Agreed. Snatch Game was just Silky with a different name tag and a glass of wine. Also, the same can be said about Symone who also played the same character every time. Her Snatch Game was an exception but even that character had similarities to the others if you look closely.

She gives me International All Stars vibes, if she can take this newfound drag race coin and buy herself some new clothes, she’ll be better. She has comedy down perfectly and her performances skills are great. She just needs to hone in on the stuff she was lackluster on. For season 13 I’d put mik there for the commercial, the ball (because I mean come on how did utica not win) and the dancing challenge which they basically edited her out of

Not mentioning Vanije and Silky for season 11? I think they were some of the most higly favoured queens in drag race herstory. For s13 it's def. Kandy and Mik.

Plastique did pretty well but she was always second or third. And she kept on wearing the same corset, tights, and shoes which stopped her from winning challenges when queens like Brooke/Yvie/Scarlet/A'keria showed diversity. But yeah Vanjie and Silky were pushed soooo hard especially Vanjie

Yea I actually don’t think Nina was that highly favored tbh. I actually think she should have gone further. And all these girls are fierce in their own way, but yea Silky did get some passes and probably Vanjie too because of their personalities.

i have to disagree with Nina being in the bottom for the Farm to Runway challenge, Vanjie was the clear worst in the challenge and was just safe. to me, Nina shoud've been safe over Vanjie for sure, or just low where she originally placed

I would have put Gotmikk & Kandy as highly favoured! Remember that disco challenge

Why did they choose Tina for season 13, it was gottmik who was the most favored and Tina was exclusively safe on the makeup episode cause both her and Rose looked like each other and it was judged as teams

I think Tina more underdelivered on the season and people were underwhelmed rather than her being favoured by the judges tbh.

For me personally, Kandy deserved to be on this list solely for that latex montrosity. Queens who have complete looks get read more than Kandy did for.. whatever the hell *that* was. 😅

For the recent seasons where favoritism actually happens frequently and changes the entire season dynamic here's my list: Season 10: Eureka and Aquaria Season 11: Silky, Vanjie and Plastique Season 12: Gigi, Sherry and Crystal Season 13: Mik and Kandy (Symone and Olivia sometimes) UK S1: Vivienne and Baga UK S2: Lawrence and Sister Down Under: Karen and Art (Scarlet was favored in a way, because ru excused her blackface past) CDR: Rita and Priyanka (you could actually tell who Brooklyn was good friends with)

I think, Plastique, Nina, Silky and Vanjie were all highly favored in Season 11

S11 - Silky got more favoritism than Nina or Plastique S13 - Gottmik was the most favored queen, even more than Kandy

Gottmik... girl, some of those challenges, she deserved to be bottom 2, but the judges knew she couldn't lip sync.

Shocked Silky wasn't here. It left such a bad taste in my mouth for her in her season, but it wasn't her fault. It was because they kept giving her passes/wins that she didn't deserve. Even the queens everywhere video where it was just sloppy and you saw under garments AGAIN, but Brooke was in the bottom because she was too polished during it??

I feel what Mera said about the girls who come in and are sent home the same episode. Like… you failed at staying in the competition. How does being brought back automatically place you higher than the previous queen?

For All Stars 6, the favored queens are Kylie and Eureka so far. Eureka's top placement on the Superbowl and Kylie's win this week are very questionable.

I was so waiting for Silky’s & Baga’s name to be up on that list, they got away with too much on their seasons. Silky: should’ve been bottom 2 in the monster ball, should’ve had bottom placements for the 2 challenges after Snatch Game (which I thought Nina or Shuga should’ve won) for her runways alone, and that lip sync to No Scrubs should’ve been a double elimination instead. Baga: should’ve been bottom 2 for both that commercial (over Blu), and for the ball (over Cheryl), simply put.

Baga, the Vivienne and Ellie diamond were HIGHLY favored, change my mind.

Eureka made the audience scream with laughter when she was a baby, and the two Snatch Game "contestants" laughed every time Eureka spoke. She was hilarious.

I completely disagree with you on Kim Chi. I thought she was hilarious in both the acting challenge and snatch game. Even though she wasn’t necessarily good in both, her dedication was totally there and it made me laugh.

Agreed. Even if Kim isn’t the strongest in a challenge, she *commits* to it, and does the damn thing. And I actually liked Kim’s political commercial - especially her comments on Grindr culture (no fats, femmes or Asians).

I have to say, it speaks to you ladies' knowledge and living and breathing of Drag Race lore that you two always talk so smoothly about all the girls, what seasons they were on, even lip syncs that I certainly don't remember! Hats (and/or wigs) off to you!

i STILL think cedergine was hosed. she has two of the most iconic runways ever. chelsea boy also got the shaft a bunch. Dead on right about Rita Baga, expeically next to Jimbo in general and starzy on that first runway.

In terms of Rebecca, Ru was just basically enamoured by how pretty she was and that's why their judging seemed so biased.

Ellie Diamond on UK s2!! I'll never understand why they kept her in the double save just to eliminate her before top 3 anyway! She did great in the song at the finale but it still hardly made any sense to keep her

Gottmik should be added to the favoured queens of season 13. Like her a lot, but there were times where she was declared safe and she shouldn't have been.

Kandy was definitely highly favored lmao. She played the same character constantly in every challenge. And still got praised for it. However, the most favored queen that season was Gottmik. For UK, Cheryl, Baga, and Lawrence were some of he most favored queens we’ve ever seen. Tayce was always the fall guy to save Lawrence. I hated it.

I'm gagged Gottmik wasn't included. She was saved many times and Utica was used as a sacrifice (Disco and Commercial challenge)

girl in both challanges it should've been utica and gottmik in the bottom. Utica just did the worst in both challanges, while tamisha and tina did ok

tbh i think nina was mostly mistreated. Her corn look was fine (tbh better than a'keria, vanjie and maybe ra'jah), she should've won snatch game (great performance and a great look) and i thought she did better than silky in that horrible lip sync (for me it should've been a double sashay or nina winning it. Nina was boring in the lip sync, silky was messy, and i prefer boredom than mess lol). On the note, i do think she could've been in the bottom in the first episode (tho i wasn't mad that soju and kahanna were)

She is too busy touring her 1 woman show, and hosting numerous tv shows on national television. 2. That’s what I want to know. It’s getting extremely disrespectful at this point. They have been called out multiple times about it yet they continue to botch Hugaceos name. It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose now.

s13 - the whole top 4 getting away with using the same characters for every acting challenge and basically never getting called out on it

The thing about Rita Baga though is that I think the judges were not only looking for the design but also for a representation of the region of the boxes with the material. And in Québec it's very that, girls arrive at the club with an amazing coat on winter just to reveal their tiny slutty piece of fabric underneath. But if the edit doesn't show it and explains it to the international viewer they will never know. And she's got so much hate since the first episode because of that, even from English speaking canadians that are francophobe, it's insane
