I can definitely see that, they end the season with a song that immediately reminds you of what they stand for and doing what they do best, there's still that little part within me that wishes they would've tried something like Lion, but the other part of me has been loving the song for the past few hours, so who am I to complain about a fantastic song from my fav trio!

@@NiclasKPop I understand what you meant, you want viviz to try a girl crush concept, but I don't think its necessary to change color just to fit what kpop is now. Also Lion is only Gidle. Lion just screams Gidle, it's their print so viviz doing like lion doesn't fit for now. Viviz picking Red Sun as a finale song has a deeper meaning than what people think it is.

WJSN Aura Waaah i don't know what to say I'm just obsessed with that song, and Loona's Pose is also a banger as well as Kepler's. Viviz’s Red Sun is the top for me. I dunno if it’s fair to expect viviz to do something different when all the other groups are basically presenting songs that are generally keeping with their own style. I find the jazz element in Red Sun refreshing compared to the girl crushy concepts that seem to dominate the k-pop scene now; LOONA, kep1er and even Hyolin are doing that for the finals which I personally find a bit boring (the songs sound somewhat empty without the performance aspect, and it just seems like every group is just trying to out-cool one another). I know it boils down to personal preference and I am fully with Gfriend’s style that evokes emotions leading me to want to listen to those songs over and over again. Also, in my mind Red Sun’s performance looks like a rousing musical theater that is the highlight of the show; so I don’t think it would fall short as a finale performance.

I know what you mean but hip-hop isn’t Loona’s style… as seen by their performances all being different genres. I do wish they gave us predebut Loona sound though.

I want to ask a question to every Na.V out there..Do you have any problem with Viviz still had that sound of GFriend or do you expect Viviz to come with whole new sound that represents only them? For me, I don't have any problem with Viviz still had that GFriend sound bcs they will forever be GFriend and now just promote with 3 members so it's quite hard to not see they make a music like this..There is also not much song that sound like GFriend anymore this day, the one that nearest to have that sound for me is OMG and Weeekly before but they start to change their sounds..So, I'm happy that Viviz still had that GFriend sound even if Yuju and Yerin also have that n I also don't have any problem if they have their own sounds

if from my opinion, i like viviz which i never considered them as individual group.. but Viviz is a subgroup of Gfriend...Waiting for gfriend to come by listening to the music of viviz, yerin and yuju is very calming and makes me satisfied for now... :) I'm happy their music color never changes is very special for me

since they disbanded, im craving for distinct gfriend vibe and for me if viviz will go the same music genre with gfriend.. i think they can pull it off and ill be the happiest. but still hope they will incorporate their own color as well.

For the Loona song. The voices are pitched down to sound deeper. Just like in butterfly song. It’s the girls voice but pitched higher to fit the style they’re going for.

I know that for the edited voice, but its sooo deep that you can't even tell its actually them at first (again, just not my style). I do love the dark vibe tho, I wish I would love everything about it because the sections that are good are sooo good!

It's funny that you say that because their voices are largely untouched. If you've hear them Heejin, Yves and Olivia's vlives you know how their lower register sounds. For a few members they have stacked harmonies or even slight vocoder effect but they're definitely not pitched down

I will first say that I did like all the songs…however, when considering the fact that it is a “finale” of a contest, Kep1er & Hyolyn understood the theme best. All the songs were good but the two that really stood out as “competition finale songs for performing” were Kep1er & Hyolyn. I do think that the performances will be the deciding factor for this show. I have seen many say that they miss the Cube finale sound in this show as Gidle had Lion, Pentagon had Basquiat, and BTOB had Show & Prove.

I’d have to say that for me Brave Girls probably has the best song. It fits them so much, it has their classic summer festival feel that just makes you want to dance and it has strong beats that it also makes it powerful. Loona try a new concept, a concept different than the other girls group in queendom. In this case, loona chose a concept like boy group, rap and hip hop. They know that other groups will do the typical pop song. I think pose sounds different or weirdd because they try to sound different than the others girls groups.

Does he remember that Hyolin even criticized them for not sounding like themselves? Queendom isn't about growth or experimentation. It doesn't even appear to be about the queens themselves but the fandoms. Who has the most fanatic fans, the real stans. I'm happy for the few queens who got to taste their dream on queendom. Pose is it! Loona rapping is just so good and the song is incredibly catchy

Pretty sure in Pose, the male voice is just the voice of a member pitched down very low for effect. Similarly, in Butterfly, it's Chuu's voice that was pitched up 2 octaves up to sound almost like a whistle. So it's actually a member's voice on the song itself...just tuned up.

LOVE kep1ers song but the translation didn’t do Bahiyyihs parts justice, Bahiyyih had way more lines than what was shown in that translation video, in fact some parts in that translation that was shown as Bahiyyih parts weren’t even hers. Don’t trust some translation videos of a newly released song because in the early hours of the songs release, the translators be messing up just to be the first translation video out to get the most views.
