As long as you and your teammates have anti heal be it dominance ice, sea of halberd or that necklace for magic damage type of heroes, you should be fine especially in the late game. I guess the issue is in the early to mid laning phase where he just a menace to deal with. Every-time I see a hero with regenerative properties, I always tell my teammates to build anti heal, at least three players should have anti heal when dealing with these type of heroes. It’s not just enough for one or two since these they might be preoccupied with other enemy heroes.

I build steel legplates or dreadnought armor so even if i got suck on his ult domain i can atleast survive the early game burst physical dmg.. its same thing if u hv an enemy saber..
