I only watched clips of this series till I fell in love with the couple and decided to watch the whole series, and these OSTs made it even more great to watch. These OSTs made me feel what the actors wanted me to feel. Everything about it is great. The last Korean series I watched was Descendants of the sun and I grew tired of K-dramas, then I found this which I'm most thankful for. I love everything about it. 10/10

Hong hae in is the queen of tears because baek hyun woo is the king of tears. The one who has it the hardest is him. Imagine being the only person in the world who remembers the memory of the relationship and all the while having to appear strong about it for her. Despite knowing she'll not remember him, the memories they shared and may even forget him. The scene after she was wheeled in for the surgery and him finally breaking down on the floor 💔 even after hae in recovered, he still had to appear strong even when she forgot about him. Damn, the plot of this kdrama is too cliche but I somehow still watch it 😂😢

Queen of Tears has risen to the top of my favorite K-dramas. In the past year this American has watched over 24 K-dramas many of which are my favorites. But THIS drama hits differently. Absolutely spectacular! The QOT OST adds to that impact for me. This drama is very special. Gamsahamnida!

I didn't just fall for the drama but even their ost and everything❤ It just is so BEAUTIFU😍. It makes me feel sad to think that it will end today😢🤧 Gonna miss you QOT😭 and Thank you so much❤
