I greatly respect Roger and Brian for going public after Freddie’s death and sticking up for their band mate and friend! It must have been very difficult for them, but they did so well.

Imelda M I totally agree! They went on the breakfast a week or so after Freddie Mercury’s death because they were angry and tired of the media lies regarding Freddie Mercury‘s life and death. They were wanting to set the record straight &‘let the fans and people know what the truth was and what the media lied about. Some of the media said that Freddie Mercury died alone and that couldn’t of been farther from the truth. He received better care than most people did in hospitals. Sadly it was George Michaels That died alone and in his sleep because of some heart condition that was difficult for the coroner to even diagnose. They thought he had a heart attack but the autopsy didn’t reveal it. The corner had to dig deeper and it was just some kind of heart defect that George Michaels had and so sad he died on Christmas day alone.

If they didn't, they would not be touring with Adam Lambert at the moment. That's what families do thank God! I would not of heard all of their later music had it not been for the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. The last song I heard on the radio - that I knew was Queen was Under Pressure - I blame MTV!

That’s a wonderful description, this was one more impressive proof of the true love and friendship they felt for each other. Not only they’re (were 😢) incredibly talented musicians but such wonderful characters. That’s what made them so special, just authentic feelings ❤️🙏 🎶

This is just my comment for the love of QUEEN FOREVER NO DOUBT..I visualized these quartet as an OLYMPIC TORCH, Freddie is the flame 🔥that burns forever that Brian, Roger and John carrying the torch supporting and taking care of the TORCH to keep it burning 🥁🎤🎸🎸🎹 .. such a magnificent family knitted together not by luck or accident, they were chosen and prepared to be the best of the best ... irreplaceable period, I’m not a rock n roll fans but when I encounter QUEEN on UTUBE, I couldn’t stop, like my everyday food and drink to keep alive and happy, their the best, I sleep I hear them, I drive I listen to Queen music for sure, I wake up, I have to see and hear Queen 👑, this goes on and on, a lot of catching up because I was late, I love Bohemian Rhapsody but I did not know Queen sang, it was in the 70’s I was in high school, next thing I new I got hooked during COVD, I totally forgot the pandemic, I totally thank Queen Music I forget everything and its my medicine in these days ... love love love, it will never change, THANK YOU QUEEN 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈💛💛💛💛👑👑👑💕💕👑👑❤️❤️

Dona Burns I did as well and I loved the movie! Rami Malek in the boys did a really good job! The only thing that disappointed me a little bit was that the movie was a little bit out of order & Freddie Mercury has been friends with Brian and Roger for two or three years prior to them getting the band together, & and actually they had shared a flat together. Roger and Freddie Mercury had a store in Kensington market. I realized, though, that it is literally impossible to take 20 to 40 years of a man’s life and try to compile it into a two hour movie. I think that the producers did an excellent job and it made well over $1 billion!!

Excellent collection highlighting Freddie and the guys with what they had to put up with during the last few months with balancing recording and keeping Freddie engaged with his last wish to create as much as possible especially distressing when they finally realised he wasn’t coming back to finish Mother Love. I so miss him and their creativity. My thoughts are also with John.
