you can copy vocals but you can't copy physical and emotional truisms.

2:38 this part is my favorite ! he has to go to the US voice show as a musical guest. if he did that there people would be screaming at how good he is!

abeeftec just a word of warning Marc's management are shouting people out of his sites making comments like this,,,, I got blocked from commenting on his Facebook page because I said it would be brilliant if extravaganza Adam and kerry did a gig with Brian and roger apparently marc is quite happy doing what he's doing,

Marc = best singer Adam = best stage presence So I'm sure Adam is currently the best choice for Queen.

Holy shit!! My mind just exploded!! This dude has to be related to Freddie Mercury somehow!! His face is so similar to Freddie's... That voice?! Holy cow!! Why is Adam Lambert touring with Queen and not this guy?! Absolutely amazing!!

There's a lady by the name of Mary that Freddy has been seen in pictures with. She traveled with a band I believe that is Mark's mother.

Thank you for these quality vids!!! You have more? Amazing the diff between last tour and this one. Marc Martel is so talented, oh why wont Bri and Rog take him on for a bit? His respect for Queen's music and Freddie comes across in so many ways. Not imitating FM, just reviving the sound and its thrilling to see and hear it live for so many who missed out back in the day.

That was me he told! lol I really wish i could have recorded The Show Must Go On too, but i was in the second row in an aisle seat, so there was no way I could get away with it. Plus I was too mesmerized to move to get the camera out.

this guy has to be freddie's son....they toured canada EXTENSIVELY........he plays piano and guitar....looks like him....and its almost as if he can do a vocal impersonation as to ham it up even more but he already sounds like him when hes not trying. only the eye color throws it off. even the ad libs sound like him

3:42 Going back and watching these older performances, I've noticed that Marc, FO, and Brian started this bit at the end of this number early on in the initial tour. It's so nice to see that not only did Roger et al pick great musicians, but a team that would have such great chemistry as a band! Hope I have a chance to catch QEx live soon, and not just via KZread and audio recordings!

The USA tour is bringing back Tristan, but adding a new keyboard player, vocalist, and (for half the tour) drummer. Only FOD can say he has been there for the whole ride.

Oops, yes it is Gresh. Martel did that scissor dance with his band Downhere years ago.

With all due respect to Marc there is so much about him that makes me wonder. Yes I know he learned to copy singers with his voice but there is so much more you can't teach someone that seems to come so naturally to Marc. Is it wishful thinking or obscured fact. We may never know. Still he is fantastic and keeps Freddie and Queen alive for the young generation. and helps us old farts go back in time for the sheer joy of it all.

As fun as the "Marc is Freddie's long lost son" narrative is, Marc posted a photo of his dad on Facebook a while back and he resembles his dad much more than he does Freddie. :D

Unfortunately no more vids. I managed to get Break Free, Crazy Little Thing and Love Of My Life before security gave me the signal. So I gave the camera a rest (except for FBG on the phone cam) till the encore when everyone stood up and made it easy to film without being noticed. Biggest regret is not getting The Show Must Go On because Marc told a fan after the concert that Toronto was his personal best performance of the song. ARGH!!!
