He is already working full time in Ottawa and is waiting for his work permit to apply for OHIP and to benefit from his company's health and insurance plan . Not everyone can master French in 3-4 years. They will end up leaving Quebec or going back home.

Depende po, if skilled worker ang position mo, pwede mag apply ng open work permit si hubby.

Mam mayron po ako tanung kasi mayron nag send sa akin ng JO dyan sa Canada Quebec. Tapus pina process nya ako ng ICC (Immigration Clearance Certificate) pinasa ko sa kanya Police clearance or good conduct certificate para ma process yong akin working visa kasi kailangan daw walang criminal record yong tao kukunin nila ppasuk dyan sa Canada.
