I always love hearing you talk about what you’ve read. And yes, Midnight Sun changed my mind. I was team Jacob in the original books. Midnight Sun made him seem less controlling, or at least it made me understand him more.

I can't wait to watch your video on notes from the underground!! This reading year has not been the best so far, I am struggling to find books that I enjoy, but that's okay

My favourite book so far this year was 'Glorious Exploits' Ferdia Lennon. Such a great paced, fun book, yet dealing with war, slavery.

*First, I cannot believe it is already time for quarter year tags! *Second, poetry. Have you tried long form poems? Ones that tell a story? I'm think of Milton's Paradise Lost and Regained, or Eugene Onegin, or Calvin Miller's Singer Trilogy? You also might like Wendell Berry's poetry. A little nature a little social study a little humor a little reverence. *Third, your makeup is so cute! That lip color is perfection for your skin tone! Also! If you want to buddy read The Fox Wife, I am on hold for it too!

2024 is FLYING BY 😳

Potentially, The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck is my Q1 favorite, although I’m not finished! 😅 Least favorite may be an unpopular opinion, but I didn’t like Powerless by Lauren Roberts. It’s romantasy. You should try it and tell us what you think! 😂

I don’t read Daphne de Maurier anymore. I really disliked My Cousin Rachel. It was soooo psychologically disturbing. 😳 I don’t care for manipulative characters. Your reading is always so interesting! I had close captioning on and your name came up as “dust in space”. 😂
