    I've a chronic illness that brings energy issues. Best thing I did was to have a fixed bedtime - night routine starts at 10:00 p.m. and it's light's out at 10:30 p.m. Since doing that, i am more alert and have better energy levels during the day. I also plan to my lowest energy levels and anything extra is a happy bonus.

    Just since you mentioned this in the video of life's hard knocks, There is an old book that is a very short read but it might even help with your goals and now I am going back to read it but it is called the "University of Hard Knocks". Well, written and a little funny in spots but short and to the point. You might want to glance at it...I am going back to reread it. I read it as a teen. It was wrote by Ralph Parlette.

    I am so glad you broke this down. I am facing the same things. Items on my Actions list just keep getting postponed. I keep pushing them to the side and really need to look at the why and honestly have forgot to look at the "why". Plus adding baby steps to the mix, its like i knew this from previous videos but, my adhd just bit me I guess. It does that often. LOL

    I set a goal in June last year to immigrate and from November till now I have done ten thousand mini goals around it, I am trying to use your course to get better at managing it, but I try to remember that I still did a lot😂 i am an immigrant now, got engaged, got a flat, planned a small wedding reception and found a new job 😂😂😂
