25 minutes up after the post and heard twice with ear phones already. Today full drench in hey paadal rain of music. Shyam brother you were outstanding today! தலைய சிலுப்பிகிட்டு reminded the SS from 70s... Your midas touch throughout specifically at 8.25. yes varsha hit the six in the opening humming itself and Krishna that ஆ... At 4.55 sounded pretty much like the legend.. god bless! You on the convertible enjoying the மின்னல் பெண்மை is very novel.. Semma semma பாட்டு... This will be in the loop until I say goodnight! Thank you for this reprise.

Set in Kapi Raga, the Mastero has shown the various facets of it with a rich orchestration. Superb interludes to interlace the composition. Hats off.

42 years later, the song is as FRESH as a just-bloomed flower in the foothills of Nilgiris! FIRST Stereophonic album in South India. It was a musical blockbuster with smash hit songs and the Background Score (as usual with IR) is also stunning. Legendary SALIL Chowdhury listened to the recording of "Darling darling" song and exclaimed in astonishment "I have never come across cinema music as beautiful as this!". Such was the influence of IR music on his predecessors! Maestro IR's songs are always like a royal banquet - best, fresh ingredients chosen, with all flavors and aromas delivered in their fullest. And all this in 1978! KJY got to sing all the songs in this album because it was recorded in his studio, Tarangini. All the songs sounded divine even in their original source itself, though they belonged to 1970s era. One of the bests of QFR today again; well-presented by the team!
