I think the connection with 'light' that he is trying to make is forced and not the true unifying thread. I am a Christian--and a scientist--and I have been studying Quantum Mechanics recently attempting to find a unification of the spiritual and the scientific world views. To me, the more fascinating concept lies with particle Entanglement, and how it might validate the phenomena of Omniscience and Empathy. In a nutshell, if our universe started with a Big Bang and all matter originated from a Singularity, then all particles (from a common source) must be forever entangled. If this common source was from God (as I believe), then He is tied into and intimately entangled with EVERYTHING that exists in the entire universe. This would explain how He could know ALL of us and know our thoughts, hear our prayers, etc. It also follows that human empathy is related to our entanglement with each other. Though we are not spiritually evolved enough to have the same ability as the Creator, we nevertheless have the ability to connect deeply with other human beings--albeit some sensitive people are more adept at developing this talent than others... I believe that Science is true--and God created it too!

Darkness is the absence of light. There is no darkness switch. And in the observable universe (approx. 4-5% of total universe) light is everywhere...at least in some spectrum of light. If you go in a room that is pitch black, the room is still filled with light. Take yourself as an example in the room, if you film your body with an infrared filter you discover you are filled with infrared light. There may be a lack of light in the visible spectrum, but the room is filled with radio light waves as well. Just as a simple example.

Other than that, it is a complete mystery. But it is an important mystery. It turns out that roughly 68% of the universe is dark energy. Dark matter makes up about 27%. The rest - everything on Earth, everything ever observed with all of our instruments, all normal matter - adds up to less than 5% of the universe. Come to think of it, maybe it shouldn't be called "normal" matter at all, since it is such a small fraction of the universe.

Using the example of light within us is a good start for beginners, but I do feel more time should have been given to go deeper into quantum mechanics, quantum entanglement, and all the other fascinating scientific discoveries you mentioned very quickly at the end. I’ve been studying this for several weeks, now, and I’m more interested in hearing about the Big Bang, the double slit experiment, and what makes up a quark. Most people aren’t this nerdy, I understand that. But I believe quantum entanglement better describes God’s omnipotence and omnipresence.

Hello Ellie, Thanks for your comments. I'm currently working on some new material that goes deeper and more specific. For example, I will be addressing how all matter in the universe was created including quarks and electrons. According to Quantum Field Theory, each type of particle has it's own field, i.e. up quark field, down quark field, electron field. It takes a specific frequency of light to excite these fields and manifest particles; i.e. .511 MeV of light energy will propagate an electron. Other frequencies will not produce an electron, such as, .455 MeV. According to science, in less than 1 second at the initiation of the Big bang process, all matter (which makes up all things in the universe), came into being through light, and apart from light, not even one thing came into being that has come into being. There are almost 50 Biblical references of Jesus/God being Light. I'm Not saying that all of God is light, but an aspect of God/Christ is light. Like my voice is an aspect of me. Now I want to refer to John 1:1-3, "In the beginning....all things came into being through Him (light), and apart from Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. Dennis uses a simple electromagnetical reality to describe a so called Omnipresence. I agree with Dennis that electromagnetic waves from our body and brain could be a way for God to listen to our brain activity and understand our thoughts. I am a little reluctant that he uses the word "Quantum physics" when his ecplanation is based on elementary Physics. Maybe Dennis uses these words to attract attention and legitimate his conclusions. I see no need for him to do this. His argument about a all knowing God is good enough. I would give this title to his KZread video "Human electromagnetic fields explain God's allknowing."

I really liked this video. Truth is truth, and the truths of Quantum Theory & Cosmology reveal God; from Schrödinger's Cat to the eleven dimensions of String Theory, the revelation becomes clearer and clearer.

What is the connection between Quantum physics and God (any God) then the Christian God (Who needed to turn human to be able to forgive people) You can still argue about Universe from nothing from within the Quantum physics, and you can still argue for any God by the same argument of this video.

Unfortunately this idea that God had to kill his Son in order to be able to forgive is a heresy that is very common in the "Christian" church. It is not true. It was never preached or taught by the early church, right up until at least Augustine, but certainly came into it's fullest expression with the Reformers about 500 years ago. God does NOT need to take his anger out on ANYONE! Certainly not in order to forgive us! God commands us to forgive OUR enemies, because that is what HE DOES! Jesus did not die on a cross because God needed to vent his pent up anger on him so he could calm down enough to accept us. Jesus died on the cross in order to do two things. 1) To demonstrate the extent he was prepared to go to in order to demonstrate his passionate commitment to US. 2) To receive into himself all of OUR corruption, vileness and violence, in order to destroy it's power over us, and to enter into the very worst in US, so that he could HEAL us from the inside! Jesus came as PROOF that God had ALREADY forgiven us! He demonstrated that to Adam and Eve right at the beginning.

Anais SeventySeven Actually you are right. It was a reaction to the comment that God needed to become human in order to forgive us. That is false. He became human to REDEEM us, which is to return us to the state we were created having before we went collectively insane. And forgiveness PRECEEDED that process. Quantum mechanics revolves around vibration and harmonics. "Salvation" in quantum terms is the process of God bringing us back into complete harmony with His pure and loving nature. In the restored creation there will be no discordance, no corruption, total harmony of mind and energy in pure loving relationship. But that is a profound mystery!

I was very excited to see this video, as I was very curious about how quantum mechanics might explain metaphysical realities; i.e., to look at the metaphysical as the quantum. I was particularly interested in how omnipresence might be explained via wave probability and quantum tunneling. I'm not a physicist, so I can't speak to the scientific details presented. But even without a doctorate in physics (mine is in religious studies) this talk was disappointing. When we reduce it to its basic argument, it is clear that the speaker is working from given set of unsubstantiated premises (there is a God, as understood by many theists), and then a description of the characteristics of that god concept (God is light) in quantum terms (light is everywhere, so God is everywhere). It's is a very simple argument with huge leaps in logic based on assumption: "I'm going to assume A exists; I'm going to assume that A is characterized by B; because B does exist with certain characteristics, A must also exist and with the same characteristics." This proves nothing. It demonstrates nothing. The argument is at best a tautology. It merely rebrands theological claims into modern science "speak" but without any scientific argument. I do think quantum physics, notably quantum tunneling, can be used to explain metaphysics, including possible god-like beings, forces, or realities (e.g., the possibility for not being bounded by place or time due to not being bounded by probability would be fascinating to explore). But this video merely preaches to the choir.

How could you believe in jesus as divine and believe in a scientific conception of god(deism)? A divine jesus contradicts this and is unsubstantiated by reason

I believe in what Christ came and told us. And one of the things He said was that He and God are light. (eg. 1John 1:5) I didn't make up the idea that God is light, it came from scripture.

@@james192599 the belief comes from God revealing himself to you, Jesus said seek and you will find. He was the light that came into the world and without Christ nothing that we see was made without him.

Interference Pattern = Waves virtually took the shortest path of all possible paths (EM Vector Field). Gaussian Pattern = It physically took the shortest path of physically possible paths (Scalar Spacetime). God is Omnipresence ..all possible paths. The lowercase god (Devil) is physicality(Scalar).

Belief and science are two different things. Please do not confuse quantum mechanics and belief.

well if it exists then. God What is God ? How did he/she create the universe, is he beyond time, space. matter. We certainly do not know exactly, but we have views about it, religions about it and many visions and paranoia with thousands of people. We can prove it by only a few things, which asks questions about evil and evil spirits and psychic powers and many more things that relate about our world. but everything in this world is unstable and uncertain and also there are thousands of religions to spring certainty in this world, and also there are millions of scriptures to follow, and give us some knowledge about God. But I have always wondered that if God exists there have to be beings that will be higher than it. Because God certainly is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and more. But I wonder what is beyond omnipotence, omniscient etc, and if God is beyond time, space, matter etc, like code written in a computer to make graphics to form beings, there has to be the material to make it like silicon, iron, steel etc . there has to be something beyond. since God is beyond time-space and matter in the third and fourth dimensions, which form a continuum, we can say that he is in the fifth or sixth dimension, since we can create second and first dimensional figures in this dimension God can create , destroy, and manipulate ( interact with ) anything in the first four dimensions and not be affected by them by any means . So, therefore, he may be considered to be a fifth-dimensional figure or higher. But there is an exception in this that if God lives in a place beyond, than ours, then where is Gods God, meaning that what is beyond God and his power over the first four dimensions, then who is beyond that. Many Gods God but what is beyond that higher than that .maybe God also doesn't know, But what is higher than infinity, is it infinity plus one, but no because if we add even infinity to infinity it is still infinity. omnipotence is omnipotence. But if we put for example two infinite- papers parallel to each other without any interactions. it will become two-infinity, who knows. then if we add infinite- papers parallel to each without any interactions it will become infinity-infinity? But if we say those papers are small on our terms but with infinite size and length parallel to each other in an infinite space, now even I don't know how to calculate this. But this principle applies in the simple length of a thing. because to form even a centimetre of space there has to be 0.5 of the centimetre 0.6 and so on. so this covers infinitely small space, so it is hard to calculate, Ok! So this principle applies to even dimensions but I will not talk about it. Well so, yes God may have superiors, then again who created the superiors who knows. Now for the fun of this let’s say that God or anything that can create us does not exist , then now we can only say that we are present everywhere omnipresent, because when God does not exist, we created ourselves out of dust and chemicals, the process of evolution is proven, but then I ask that where we are created, we say that we are created in a fabric, a continuum of space right, then I again ask that in what fabric of space we are created in, is their parallel universes or we do not exist or we are just numbers created in a simulation. So, now we have to go to the real question now, is there a God who knows he or she may be sitting up there or God is just imaginary, who knows? But I am going to not end my speech with ‘who knows’ i just want to teach you all something. That you should be silent , we have a lot of wisdom we can gain by talking about God, because God is not from only the Quran, Bible , Bhagavad Gita. no there are many illustrations of God that we shouldn't miss, we have to be the seeker of our own truth that seems correct , Because if we say that we know God, we actually don't know what he/she really is.

I am partway through watching this video and I want to tell that this man's views are not those of the catholic church, they don't use a theory of science to try to provide an explanation that it proves the existence of God (like this guy is). So have Faith that there are other possibilities of explanation out there and don't be discouraged by watching this, because I too am not impressed.

Although God loves all of His children more than we could every comprehend, living in this physical dimension, He will not force anyone to love Him, neither will He intervene in one's choice to choose eternal life or eternal death, if one has free will. The choice is up to each individual. The fact that God loves His children unconditionally, He gave us free will to make these choices totally without His influence, except what He has done to prove His unconditional love for us.

I am impressed by watching this video, as it totally explains how Jesus Christ existed in this dimension, and as God in heaven, simultaneously. Still, many people will not understand the concept of quantum physics, and dimensions. If you can truly understand what "I AM THAT I AM" means, then you understand the infinity of quantum physics. The same thing Jesus said when He said "I AM Alpha and Omega" or "before Abraham was, I AM".
