My friend (who is half-English and half French) and I were walking in the mall with her 2 month old baby and an old lady came to us and asked 'il a quel age? and when my friend said 'il a 2 mois', she said 'ah oui? quand meme!' :-)

This is very helpful! When I took French lessons (35 years ago), I was taught that “quand meme” is simply a way to say “all the same” or “anyway”, so I had no idea it could be used in so many other ways. Merci!

Nice video, but don't use the word 'movie' and say that it is 'English'. 'Movie' is, in fact, an American term. In 'English English' (si tu me suis), we say 'film'.
