What I've learned from the video are the two types of research survey questionnaire,the Quantitative survey which consists of closed ended questions-a type of question that has a pre-defined responses,example: Yes or No,Good or Bad. and the Qualitative survey which consists of open-ended questions example: feedback,comments and suggestions,it helps the respondents to answer based on their knowledge and understanding.

The definition of both of these are, Qualitative research survey is defined as an objective type questions, that means is that the questions already has a answer in place it's just the matter of what answer will be chosen so it's limited on what it could further elaborate on, this type of survey relies on numerical data which means numbers will determine what your relevancy your research is going to be for example say the question will be a yes or no answer will determine what your research will discuss upon whether it would revolve around why the answer is yes or no and so on. In contrast though Qualitative research survey is a more open minded type survey which mean it has a more wider spectrum of answers and data to go about basically like a comment of sorts that would provide a respondent a vast varaities of opinions and answers that'll allow them to aligned there answers to the questioneirs as detailed as possible as much as they liked.
