427 1 of the best big blocks ever built, even better with the early 454's -- gotta go to a hemi to do any better, even then they held their own pretty well ..... but then im a Chevy fan so im biased - lol but I also have healthy respect for Mopar big blocks, friend had a 383 roadrunner that I rode in for years, that engine made gobs of torque and seemed bullet proof, took whatever you dished out and kept on pullin'. Cant say much for BB fords, not as reliable or fast.

@@GlassTopRX7 I wouldn't argue that, a L88 did anything from 525-585 with a mech cam.
Looks like he's got a good bit more horsepower than brakes. Not a surprise, but he's definitely having to get on the picks early.
PASSED 2 PONY CARS WITH THAT HORSE
What sweet sweet sound that comes from that car!!! And to the 12 dislikes!! Your nothing more than bugs in my grill!!

The dislikes come from either the deaf and dumb and the drivers behind him who couldn't catch him.
Sick 👍🏻🇺🇸
I noticed the car is sliding through the corners and he's basically steering it with the throttle! Looks like it's set up really loose!

i think it has 8 inch wide tires on it,, id say he is doing great.
LOL Super T10, 3.55 gears and he downshifts into second at 100 mph. Downshifting into second is what we do on the street when we make a turn at an intersection.
Bad ass...
Cool, their website seemed more like fabrication, restoration, paint and body stuff.
Everybody's a critic. I wonder what Jim Henson has done that's so great. A classic big block Corvette, I don't blame the guy for not driving balls out imo it's not worth the risk. Common sense it's not so common these days. The man in the Corvette qualified at #2.
If only GM would have supported factory racing in the 60's the cars they would have produced would be INSANE they had the first turbo cars, Grand sports mid engine AWD concepts would have been crazy
I wanna drive that
ill probably go broke, but shes gonna be worth it!
FUCK YEAH!!!!!
Would have liked to see the car.

Frank, you can see the car in the One Lap Road America in a Vintage 427 Corvette video
dam should of kept on it you had that mustang you owned him on the next corner any ways, are you running a dry sump system ? if no id get one, make way more hp and guarenteed oil never fail due to oil sloshing around crank never hits the oil that robs power when it does,..... love big block chevys ,.... but you what would be kool is dump in a new lsx454 crate motor with dry sump 770 hp and its a small block gm high perf parts crate motor thats the ticket 6 bolt mains get serious power nelson racing twin turbos way bad ass 2500 hp
That Boss 302 is pretty fast...
Yea..that's what I'm talkin bout...
The exhaust plays bass the tires sing falceto
427 1 of the best big blocks ever built, even better with the early 454's -- gotta go to a hemi to do any better, even then they held their own pretty well ..... but then im a Chevy fan so im biased - lol but I also have healthy respect for Mopar big blocks, friend had a 383 roadrunner that I rode in for years, that engine made gobs of torque and seemed bullet proof, took whatever you dished out and kept on pullin'. Cant say much for BB fords, not as reliable or fast.
I came five times just from the engine sound.
