Being my 4th PlayStation Tournament… I totally understand… catch two fish then wait a hour… watching ur bobber… But that’s the way real bait fishing is most of the time! I am a lure person in game and in real life… way more entertaining and challenging… I had more fun today playing for 45mins in ur weekly Competition than the 6 hours of Fiesta qualifying… I did however enjoy yours and Rex’s live stream and I did learn a little more about fishing in all tournaments… I am happy for Grizz and the rest of your trooper’s & friends who made the finals and I will definitely support and watch Grizzlies Stream this weekend… Tight lines guys & gals… See ya all in the next round Friday

Have to agree with you Dave. I only started doing tournaments in January, and this was the only one I didn't enjoy. Just too many long periods of nothing but waiting and watching as you said. I like the idea of it, but I think maybe having multiple target species somewhat near each other in weight would improve it. Pirahna and Trahira are just a mile apart in size, so big hooks targeting the money fish, but with baits that attract 10 times more of the more common small ones just resulted in "bing -> swimoff" "bing -> swimoff" constantly while praying for a trahira to show up. I think if they moved them to maps with similar sized target species itd be more fun. Maybe.

GG Dave ! Any player getting more than 400 pounds of trahira in stage 3 mastered the game. I only caught 3 trophies and one commun. The rest piranhas and many minutes catching nothing and watching the bobber running all the ways without biting it. I changed my hooks from 5/0 to a 6/0 and even to 7/0 which i use normally and still i could not get a bite from a trophy. Changing the depth of my leader too but ended to the same situation. I lost a ton of time sticking to the same spot too long. Because i was trusting my markers to perform but it did not happen. Next time as i catch a trahira i will move to another spot. Or after 15 minutes without a bite. Maybe i will do better. Luck has noting to do in these tournaments.......well i am not sure.....do you think so Dave? 😊

😆 yeah think alot of people had rough time. Yeah this one definitely had more luck involved than usual

My Q3 was hell - My bag had 7 piranhas in the end. Only 3 Trahira! I like float (bobber) fishing - its what I first learnt as a kid - but only 3 target fish in 2 hours was not fun! Both the 1st and the 3rd qualifiers were like watching paint dry = only less productive and useful! Any saying that I still finished int he top half - what must it have been like for those below me?! Anyways that you as always for your vids and streams.
