I think he / she just exercising lungs, or wants someone to talk to & play with!! Here is an idea ( give it something to chew on)!!! Will be so busy doing that , won't be interested in screaming!!!! Maybe invest in some ear plugs!!!! Love the cutie anyway, Quaker's are the best!!!!!
