The map's secret is the place I try to reach at 4:20. If you can make the jump, it has a couple of medikits. The playthrough doesn't show it, but in the area with the conveyor belts, you can look down and see vats/cauldrons of molten lava (e.g. at 4:53 and 5:24). These vats are the same giant cylinders seen earlier in the map (e.g. at 1:30).
