We played this song on my mother's video during her funeral. It was the saddest day of mine and my sibling's life. She passed away at such a young age; 54 years old. We cried through out the whole song! Thanks for such a beautiful and heartbreaking song. We love you guys!

The lyrics hit you so deep... My mom is still here and this song makes me cry listening to it. if anything happens to her I wouldn't know what to do. I'm 37yrs old, married w kids and she still loves me as if I was her little baby. Love them while they are still here w us ❤

Those who's mother are still living say that they're doing too much or enough. Those who's mother are gone say that they now know just how little they did and wish they had done more. People can tell us over and over to love our parents. But it's only when they're gone that it will truly register that we should of, could of, but didn't. The cruelties of life's lesson.....

Today is one of those days I am missing my mom so very much that I have to listen songs like this one. Rest in peace, mommy. You will always be in my heart and thoughts until the day I am no longer breathing. Mom's love is and always will be unconditionally, no one's love can compare to her's, not even your spouse.

First heard this song when it was performed by Theloswing at a friend's sister's funeral. They did an awesome job commemorating her. Now, I listen to this song to also remember my dear mother-in-law, whom we lost last year. It makes me think of her so much and reminds me of how much she went through to give her kids a good life and how no one really acknowledged her. No one ever really knows what a mother goes through, and I wish I could have been a better Nyab everytime. Now, all I can do is remember her and take the lessons she has taught to us and carry it on. I almost cry every time I hear this song now, so thank you so much for writing it!

Idk what’s more sad, you not having good parents or those who’s lost their great parents..... I’m blessed with having wonderful parents and me being the baby helped a lot too. I still have my mommy. But I’ve lost my papa. I’m 30, and I still love my mommy like I’m 5, she still calls me her baby. But I miss my papa so much. From someone who’s lost my papa, if you still have you’re parents, no matter how horrible they are, you should let them know you love them, and maybe try to make things a little better. Idk, I do understand you very well because even though my parents aren’t bad, I do know horrible parents and see it first hand, my brother! He’s horrible to his kids. But I encourage my nephews to at least just do what they can for him and love him when they can, just don’t go out of their at or sacrifice anything for him. But at least they gave you life so try to make the best of the relationship. My brother would never change, I’ve tried as a brother to tell him that he’s not good to his kids, but then he turns on me and I’m the bad guy. So.... people like him will never change... so I do know horrible parents and understand your situation.

Parents are never great until they are gone and then we know just how great they were and how ungrateful we are.

Hearing this song just makes me miss my mother even more. My mother has been gone since I was 12 but I know she's up above watching over us and proud of us. This song is perfect though.

Sadly, her health condition overcame her and she passed away earlier this year. She was only 34 years old, leaving behind 4 children. I love this song. It is very sad but true words to those who have lost their mom. My mom moved to a better place in April 2004. It will be ten years but it seems just like yesterday that I go take care of her and spend time with her. I miss having conversations with her about nothing but her day or whatever she wants to talk about. No one understands the pain of losing someone you love dearly and with your whole heart.
