Ricky Dillard is a master. Still able to teach with musicians still playing stuff in the background. Way better than me. I need absolute quiet unless you're helping with parts. Like a tennis match... "Quiet please... " lol 😂

I enjoyed watching this.Mr. Ricky Dillard....DEFINITELY a teacher. The keyboard player....never heard you, but DEFINITELY enjoyed watching you. INCREDIBLE.

These musicians are bless and would love to play with them. I grew up on Ricky Dillard from back in the day.

You gotta do another video on Ricky Dillard's rehearsals! the the one thing that I love to see is the director of the choir and the choir and the band get together as well, when is Ricky Dillard going to do another video on his rehearsals? I love when he teaches the chorus and I loved every bit of it but Ilove to do it separately band practice on Monday praise team practice the next dayand then choir rehearsal on the very very next day as well! I love to teach myself that is exactly what I have a calling for a love for teaching others are what to listen for any questions for me? I love to have a chat!!!! And I love talking about it all day long!!!! I love it.

I miss choir music so much. 80s and 90s were the best. So much spirit and anointing. I can't feel it in today music. It's as if people just want to showboat their runs and vocal abilities and please don't get me going on how sometimes you can't tell the difference between praise and secular in styles and vocals. I mean praise teams a good but I MISS MISS MISS THIS.

So the keyboard player is supposed to help with what exactly??? He has his part on keys, Ricky is teaching the vocals, that's how rehearsals go. If he didn't know his part then the rehearsal wouldn't go as smooth. And a lot of wasting time. It's called vocal rehearsal!
