8.5 because size of some of the rooms are quite small, but I love the layout of them. I especially love the placement of the stairs. The back area is beautiful with lots of enjoyable individual areas to relax and have fun. She has since renovated the home and from views on the show has it decorated beautifully. It's a beautiful home!!

Since she acquired the home she has completely refurbished the inside and it’s beautiful and on point. Miss Quad good for you no one can say you are not a driven individual. 🎉🎉🎉

I have seen 5 maybe 6 homes from Housewives to Married to Medicine her home is a 10. Doesn't matter the cost or size,it's about working what you are working with. Absolutely a 10 a cross the board.

For over 2 million dollars I don't want other homes that close to mine. The back yard was beautiful and the inside was nice but I didn't like any if the furniture and I'm not a fan of ceiling beams. I'd give it about a 7.

The outside of the house is so pretty. It looks like a cottage, with the stones. My favorite style. I don't mind the neighbors; that would make me feel safe.

I guarantee U that she have worked decor magic in her new home. Bc her townhome decor was beautiful. And U could never walk in her home and find a bed with the comforter hanging any kind of way. Because Miss Quad has access to the home in it's current state. I only have access to photos from before she moved in.
