Hey I have a problem with my raptor 350 it won’t start over it just makes a little click from the seloniod I bought 2 new starters and it still doing the same thing and I got a new seloniod and won’t start any suggestions

Hi, I found a few forums that are talking about your problem. The Raptors and Warriors are notorious for bad wiring, so I'd check all the wiring to make sure nothing is loose, but beyond that there could be a lot of different things wrong, like a bad battery, bad stator, etc. Heres those links: www.raptorforum.com/threads/wont-start-starter-relay-clicking-help.41052/ www.yfm350.com/threads/starter-clicking.21334/ Hope this helps!

The most obvious thing is just a dead/bad battery so check that first if you haven't yet.

Had this happen while riding, Bump started it and got it home. Cleaned my terminals and checked all the wires made sure everything is connected, and still wouldn’t. Solenoid would click when pushing start button. cleaned solenoid and put it back on, nothing. Charged my battery up and still wouldn’t. Still just makes the clickin noise with brand new battery in. Lol would you suggest new wiring harness or maybe try new terminals??

I put a lawn mower battery on mine and it was in first i heard it click and then i put the old battery back in and the lights nor elc start works

Man, that doesn't sound good. not sure what that means...

I have sparked on mine but it won't bump start brand new starter it's getting fuel it has sparked in a plug. Put a meter on the stator that checked out all the wiring and connections are tight and clean I'm really stumped.

If it's getting spark, I would check the carb. I would take off the air filter, spray some staring fluid or gas into the intake and try to start it again. If it fires up or at least sort of starts, then you know the gas isn't getting into the engine and maybe you need a new carb or fuel filter or something like that.

@@ClayRepairs I've already done that I'm replacing the stator now. Last week when I tested it it was fine now for some reason it's all over the place. All my white wires for zero and the other ones were almost in the 600s. It doesn't start after the new stator and I'm going to go towards the carburetor

Ok, I'm betting its the carb or a fuel issue if you're getting spark, so keep me posted Edit: if you already did it, did it start or not?

@@ClayRepairs I just finished the stator repair I'm allowing to sealant to dry before I put it on the bike so we'll give it a shot tomorrow. I think it's the Chinese carburetor and the stator together

@@ClayRepairs it was the stator. That mofo took about half a second to start she fired right up.
