12 days since you guys sent me defective equipment, 10 days since i emailed Fanatec. No response yet.

well not so easy to tighten it with 10 NM without the right tool :D

I’m having issues with my wheel not staying centered now. Is my clamp failing? How do I get a new one? You guys don’t sell that part alone.

Good thing you didn’t produce nearly enough and it’s sold out already. Good job on making people wait like 5 years for this and then make enough for like 10 people. You guys sure don’t understand business and production very well do you?

@@Daz555Daz clearly not enough if it sold out in a few hours. Again, they’ve had like 5 years. They would have known that people have been asking for this for years and thousands and thousands of people would want this. They had all the time in the world to produce enough for this occasion. And they clearly failed as it sold out in minutes. Just another testament to their horrible business practices that fanatec are so well known for
