Does replacement of fan void the qnap warranty?

Hi , i bought a Qnap ts-264-8GB and on the website it stated that can't upgrade the Ram but to my surprise it turns that it had two SODiMM slot , one is populated with 8gb ram and the other is empty but on the one that is populated it has a small white sticker stating : Warranty Void if Removed ! I am debating if it means removing the factory ram that comes with Nas will void my warranty ? do i call Qnap for this ? Thanks

I thought I read it came w/ 8gb and 8gb was the max?

Thank you, very good review. Please write a list of details that you have added to the NAS. On Reddit, I saw that QNAP 464 works with 2x32 GB of memory (crucial 32GB DDR4-2666 1.2V CL19 (CT32G4SFD8266.C16FB) , topic name "QNAP TS-464 Ram Options") . I also want to try to put 64GB RAM

As opposed to the removable case? I guess you could put it on the bottom but this a very low risk thing unless you are expecting some gremlins to come in and swap your covers. If that was the case they could also just swap your labels.
