While I make any call, call automatically gets routed to airpods, but not while receiving a call (normal call or whatsapp call both). Mera japan model hai , mere nearest apple service centre walo ne bola koi problem nai hai service ho jayega, sab kuch online hota hai warranty

Bhai network weak to hota hai iPhone mei.. calling pe to koi dikkat nahi deta but browsing and downloading me dikkat aati hai.. compare to realme Oneplus vivo phone in my house with same network provider. Facing this issue since 2017 with 3 iPhone till now used.. wifi pe accha chalta hai..

There is definitely a network issue with iphone. I have an iphone and a samsung as well. The same sim (jio)when i put in samsung i am able to make clear calls but on iphone usually call failed issue comes up more often. I may consider going all time samsung if they make their software as smooth and beautiful as apple.

They asked me to visit Customer Centre for further investigation. When I visited authorised service centre iVenus in Surat, they told there is problem with pin of Airpod Case. But my Airpods are charging very well. When I asked them will they provide guarantee that after changing the case, Airpods will be updated to latest version and in future it will get update, they refuse to give guarantee on that... I can use neighbour's wifi at third floor inside the room with two-three bars easily while Samsung phone can't pick poor signals in same room. My Device is lighter, slimmer and older than that Samsung. I have an internship with network administrator in college. Once i went to solve complaint of student not able to use wifi in hostel room. They were using Iphone 6s, 7plus and i tested with my device in their room. I can access..... I have seen Samsung, iPhone and mi in weak network reception area with same network. All three phones can access all three 4g bands with a cellular info app installed to test truly but mi was able to pick better reception n internet was accessible....it depends on many factors
