Kudos to the medical unit - easy to understand video. I got the entire process right away. (Best part was not having to spend hundredths of dollars on a 'professional' seminar .) This is a great step forward for expediting the delivery of benefits to injured workers in the California Workers Compensation System. Is sad that the system for unrepresented workers is not going on-line at the same time... More videos on UR and IMR processes?

Im assuming this is only for INITIAL PQME's and not for replacement or additional panels?

I don't see any answers here, but I'll post the question anyway. When filing a 4060 panel request, we don't have a report being objected to, but that box is required and the date of request for comprehensive exam is as well, but we do not know what that is referring to.

Nice. But what about panel requests between 9/3/15 to 10/1/15?

How about replacement panel and obtain new panel in different specialty?

you have to submit a request for replacement panel to Medical Unit along with reason why you want a new panel in different specialty
