Great, I have a query regarding how to deal with multiple imageries? As I have to use 6 Landsat imageries for same analysis and further need to clip it by a mask layer. please explain.

If you want average NDVI you can use zonal stats. If you just want to extract the raster for a specific area, then you can use extraction tools.

Thank you for this instructional video. Kindly is there need to do radiometric corrections and surface reflectances before calculating the NDVI?

It depends which data you are using. If you are using Landsat ARD (analysis ready data) then you do not need to perform corrections.
