I think doing full army camp lalo ( practice in legend ) is banefecial then you can easily do qc lalo , Bcs in qc lalo , lalo part is small

That's called sui lalo my friend, and it has many versions, zap lalo is more popular one, blizz lalo, skelly donut lalo, and then their is most difficult pure sui lalo. These attacks have their own challenges, most people can't pull of huge lalo attacks, means like covering 70% base with lalo, so qc is better for them if they are good qc attackers.
