It is wrong to assume, without credible evidence, that partisan media in some way influenced the majority of the honourable judges. If anyone is to blame, these are the political parties who are unable to resolve issues among themselves and go running to courts like crybabies, forgetting they were elected to serve the people in the first place. At this rate, the country could end up like Punjab after Ranjit Singh's death with warring Sikh 'jathas', which made it easy for a foreign power to take over. The politicians were elected to run the country not for themselves but for the people. They need to grow up and act responsibly. The same applies to all of the other institutions of the state.

A reasonable verdict given in a wrong way. Court should allow all those elected as independent to use three days to join any party again. Election symbol verdict of election commission and Supreme court were right, but after contesting as independent, the winning independent candidates should be given right to join or become a parliamentary party, in this case PTI in the assemblies, here the matter of taking away election symbol finishes as there is no election symbol within assembly elections anymore. All those winning as independent have right to reformation of their like minded group as a political party. Then these independent candidates after becoming or aligning with a party be give ratio of special seats accordingly. In the existing verdict, many questions arise which are against the rules. How they determined 39 PTI candidates, when after filing their party affiliation contested as independent and later joining Sunni Ittehad, is one of the main question and the rest 40 were not, who rejoined PTI after winning elections. The decision is basically still an incomplete justice.

@@Aaa-mv6rd They filed, then why only 39 such identified? And if ECP told them they are independent, they said ok and contested as independent, they didn’t oppose or contested this decision. Then again they joined Sunni Ittehad, why that was needed? And then also tried to get their quota members as Sunni Ittehad candidates.

@@labeeb241 maybe others didn't filed for pti when ro's told them it will not be admitted,not all are equally informed,salman akram raja is advocate so he did everything right to keep evidences,after ec told them they can only contest as independents they filed other as independents,in between they filed one with pti nazriyati but ec didn't accept those saying after admitted with one party(pti)they can't file with second party,after they won as independents they had to join a party,they were confused about status of pti because pti was refused to contest elections,they first chose a party something as majlis...,but decided to go to sunni later,you should understand they were fighting against ec which was ready to do anything to stop pti .

@@labeeb241 they tried to get quota as sunni ittehaad ,yes what they could have done,status of pti was not clear,in this case qazi fae isa repeatedly refused to listen side of pti saying pti is not part of case,so pti decided to become part of case and applied for it,in this case status of pti was cleared that it is still a parliamentary party and ec wrongly stopped it from contesting elections,even qazi fae isa admitted it

@@Aaa-mv6rd So this is what I am saying, the issue arose with the confusion of candidates and then their joining Miili Ittehad on the same note. Neither SC nor ECP were wrong in their decisions. Remaining a PTI contestant for half and choosing the other path by half, if that was the situation, party can have a unified stance rather then leaving this to individuals.

@@Aaa-mv6rd آپ بہت بڑی غلطی پر ہیں پی ٹی آٸ نے پارٹی الیکشن میں تاخیری حربے استعمال کرکے سزا کھاٸ اور پارٹی کے نشان سے ہاتھ دھویا ۔ اسی بنا پر پارٹی الیکشن میں بغیر نشان کے اور بغیر نوٹیفیکیشن کے امیدواروں کو پارٹی ٹکٹ نہ دے سکی اور دٸیۓ تو بعض میں اختلاف شدید ہوا اور اب پارٹی بہت بڑے عدالتی بحران کے نتیجے میں پریشانی کا منہ دیکھ رہی ہے اس تمام اثناء میں اب محض نظریہء ضرورت کے تحت تمام مسٸلوں کا شکار ہے ۔
