I was enjoying this documentary and then Shaheed Amjad Sabri came on and my heart just exploded out of sorrow. The world lost a beautiful man and a beautiful soul that fateful day.

What a beautiful documentary. A true and authentic explanation of Sufi Islam. We must all get closer to our one and only, true beloved through the purification process of Sama (Qawaali). Lets not bring hate of our condition state of mind in this process. Only involves a open mind and heart with a interest to love & serve GOD unconditionally. God bless to all.

For video it is best of the best video on qawwali culture totally mesmerising but It is not true or authentic explanation of sufism ...... U can say it about explanation of qawwali ....sufism is way beyond and top secret and it is difficult to approach

This is somewhat similar to "naam mahatma " in Hinduism that is chant the naam (name) of the Almighty. His naam will give you salvation, such is the power of naam. I think any ism is more or less parralel it's you who have to respond. I really enjoy the vast Asian culture it's amazing which can't be compared with the west.

I like the sufi music but I don't like the idea of going to graves of saints and praying. I'd rather pray to Allah directly.

They ask for their intercession, they aren’t asking them for anything. They are asking those saints to make dua for them, because of their status with Allah (swt).
