Hi my dear., I’m no expert in Qatar recruitment but a lot of people came to me with the same issue. That they did not get the confirmation email. I think you should wait a day or two and try again.

Don't be lazy to do your studies. There's no guarantee you will get the job in the first place. So don't be lazy on your studies

Go for Emirates my dear. The work environment is much better. 😘😘😘 But try not to decline the Qatar offer until you're sure that you got the Emirates one.., If you can. You don't want to end up loosing both jobs.
