The flight is Doha-,-Cebu-Davao,From Dvo direct flight to Doha

Your ending comments are my sentiments exactly. We would like to go to South Asia again but from east coast of US and OneWorld flyers they are the most convenient option. I was not pleased with the flight crew returning from Doha and customer service seemed to poo poo my dissatisfaction. You mentioned clean lavatory early were they kept clean? Same food we received. Not sure why they still have a great reputation.

To be honest, I don't remember how was the lavatory later during the flight. But in general their service level is getting lower. I was also told not to take videos on board and I was forced to delete some clips I had. I guess that's the way how they play. Thank you for your comment.

There is no direct flight from cububu to doha, only direct flight is davao to doha.

i booked a round trip doha/mactan and it stated direct flight on the qatar website. So booked the tickets and three months later Qatar send me a message that there would be a extra stop in Davao on the way back. No apologies whatsoever from Qatar, they only said if you dont like it you can cancel it. NEVER FLY WITH QATAR AIRWAYS AGAIN

Thank you for your comment. The same happened to me a year ago when this video was recorded. I just flew this same route again two days ago. The plane had a technical problem in Davao which caused a delay of several hours. Will be sharing a video of this nightmare later.

You fly on Saturday thats y there is a stop in Davao going to Doha. Other Days it will fly directly to Doha from Cebu.

Thanks, I did some research and at the moment they have many direct flights from Cebu. I thought that at least most of them are not direct. I am flying this route again in April and unfortunately it's via Davao even it's on Wednesday.

There are no flights that go direct even looking on qatar site any day of the week

Is there a reason why qatar no longer fly direct from mactan to london( via doha)? Now have to go out of the way to davao, extending trip by 5-7hours?

Hello i will have same flight doha to davao..i have a question can i bring quantity more than 10 or 15 of same packed food item in checked baggage ? I contacted qatarairways app thru live chat they gave me link of their website about items but i didnt get my answer from them...second question..is there technical stop from davao to doha? It appears technical landing from doha to davao ..returning from davao to doha is direct as it appears in my ticket

I believe there is no limit to the quantity of your items, but the weight limit is 25-30kg depending on your ticket type. There is a technical stop in Cebu on the way from Doha to Davao, I believe it's the same flight seen in this video but from Doha while this starts from Cebu.

​@@CarabaoTravelChannel thank you for responding ...yes I see technical landing at cebu only with departure from doha..but returning from davao to doha is non stop this is what I see in my ticket ..about baggage it's 25kg ..my first flight is from bahrain to doha at 22:20 local time Friday ..It's also qatarairways ..I have 4h and 30min transit in Doha before my QR936 flight ..they told me I don't need to collect my checked baggage in Doha..my trip is next week Jan 12

That's a good question but I only remember there was a big bunch of people leaving the plane in Davao and when departing from Davao the plane was pretty much full again.

Well, if look at their website, it states Doha to Davao with stopver in Cebu 1.5hrs and No disembarkment. From Cebu, it flies to Davao before going to Davao. Thus, the flight route is Doha-Cebu-Davao-Doha.

Hello, I will be flying this june to Davao with technical landing in Cebu. Do you think passengers going to Davao will just stay inside the aircraft in Cebu or do we need to disembark for an hour? Your comment made me scared of the crew hence i will be travelling with my kid with disability.

You will stay inside the plane, no disembarking. No reason to be afraid of the crew. I think it was obvious for them that there's no disembarking and they didn't know that passengers were confused about it so their reaction was a bit harsh when someone asked them.

One more question, do we need to fill up etravel form eventhough we have foreign passport? I am filipino pero pinoy passport ko kasi expired na.

I believe all international passengers must fill the eTravel form. It's good to take a screenshot after filling the form and save it to your phone so you can show the QR-code even if no internet at the airport. I had a problem with this last time.
