Forever indebted to Qari Saheb رحمة الله عليه Unfortunately, I never got the chance to study under him, but he was the first person in Azaadville to hear my Quran. In fact, I landed in Azaadville mistakenly and was supposed to have gone to Zakpark from the airport. Driver dropped me off to Azaadville, was taken to Qari Saheb in his office where he welcomed me in his unique way. Thereafter, he checked my documents and realised I was at the wrong Darul Uloom. He asked me if I wanted to go, and I said I wasn't sure of anything. He said, "If I was tired and hungry, I said I was OK," he said. "Go rest and well see." The next time I met him, he said i was going nowhere. That was history. 😊

May allah grant you jannath ferdoz for sharing one of the voices I’ve been dying to hear as a old student of azaadville makes me cry every time!!
