it's like TM's trademark, along with the kara grab (also hard as shit) which sends Q halfway across the screen. I've never seen Kuroda pull it off although I'm sure he can

i can't say for sure but it may also be Q's crouching glitch that makes him unthrowable during part of his crouching animation

@@GyroMan5136 Late reply, but TM did a super jump cancel with his own command grab. It works sorta differently from the crouch glitch in that the command grab itself is unthrowable.

The illusions from Yang's SA3 count as super hits themselves, which is why the cr.MK was able to interrupt Q's SA2

nobody ever replied, but: you just hold the same direction after the first dash punch, pretty much exactly how it looks and how it's done with a stick
