    Question for any alter: Can you describe a day in the life of the inner world? Is it very similar to being in the outer world or is it more "watered down" or foggy, for lack of a better term?

    Jessica, so pleased to see you! Thank you for taking the time out of your "preferred" state to do this Q&A for us; I appreciate it so much! This was super interesting and I'm so happy to see you having adjusted so well to your new life in the system. My ma's system has an exterior guard too, that handles situations where emotional threat is eminent, and there's another protector for physical threats, though the emotional protector does that too, sometimes. It's such an important role to keep healthy boundaries and cease toxic relationships! I'm glad the system has you. 😊 My question for you would be, though the outside world doesn't hold much interest for you, is there anywhere you'd like to see in person? Like perhaps some famous gardens or landmarks or even countries that you'd like to visit? Thank you again for doing this video, it was a pleasure to "spend some time" with you, Jessica! ❣️

    I had a unique (to me) experience when I took physics in college. I was really, really struggling the first few weeks. And then, in class one day, a light bulb went on. This was Physics 101 and it was designed to be easy. Therefore I had the capacity to understand it. And then I did. I think I got a B. Since can't do math, that was a miracle.

    This helps a lot! Alana (a poly-fragment of Alaya and lana), is an indigenous modern day shamanic physicist with lots of gaps in education andknowledge but acts out the impulses. It's hard to realize as Alana, (who is now our main protector and co-con orfronting a lot), that I can't save the planets global warming lol. It's avery odd sense ofextreme flow of thskills.

    The outro has been kinda tricky to me. "You are loved." By who? "You are valuable." To who. "You are valid." You sure about that? I get this 'You don't know me.' -thing going and then I just think that I truely hope that to someone that is something they need to hear and it would help someone. But for me.. Sadly nope ^^' Tho ofc I have some of the alts buzzing 'Well, I love you.' 'To me you are valuable.' and such, but.. Yeah. Outro is tricky and confusing to me ^^' And yet, I think it should be kept. Because, if it indeed is important for someone to hear out, then it is more than reasonable and important to have it!

    So I was wondering where Jessica was “from” like what state and or city does she get her accent from? I’m from Tennessee and find accents interesting (though not the best at distinguishing yet I guess) And I hear the twangs of the metropolitan Deep South in maybe Louisiana or east Texas? But that’s just in my experience with southern accents, and there’s definitely a difference from state to state and even regions within those states.. Like I’m from a city area, but people in the city itself have a different accent from the people farther away from the city ya know? So I was curious But of course, since she’s not actually from the south her accent has a more “generalized” southern accent, where you could hear a few regions in it, but idk

  • @TheEntropySystem

    @TheEntropySystem

    We've stated multiple times on social media and during our live streams that the idea of systems being able to form without trauma is dangerous and ableist. It prevents systems from processing their trauma and makes them less likely to seek treatment. There is no such thing as a "natural" or "endogenic" system. There are real systems who believe they are endogenic but scientific studies have shown again and again that systems cannot form without the presence of repeated childhood trauma. We have never and will never support the idea of anything other than a trauma based system.
