I love your reaction to the 'when are you getting a horse?' question 😂 as a fellow pony person, I was always asked this too. Ponies just have that clever, cheeky, fast witted attitude and I've not met a horse that can match that! They are great fun 😂

Loved this - as a fan and someone who works in marketing, glad to hear you want to go far with your vlogging and take it further. Know it’s hard but keep posting across all platforms, get yourself some branding for all and introduce continuity - specific upload days etc. You’ve got a good head on your shoulders and you definitely have what it takes to get where you want and need to be. You could introduce some online clinics for your followers like jumping 101, groundwork 101 etc - some regular series. Excited to see and watch your channel grow! Keep going!!! X

Thank you so much for the comment, that's really good advice. I am actually planning on starting a series where people can right in with problems or things they wants tips on and then I can say how I would deal with it, and then go through it on one of mine. Is just trying to find the time to film and edit all of it. It should all start to fall into place soon hopefully 🤞🏻 X

What a beautiful forest you are riding in, that really is a lovely place. Meg in no way are you a rubbish rider, I have always thought that you are very good since I have been watching you. I have seldom seen your Mum ride but she is also very good.

Your mum defintely needs to go eventing! At least once 😂 also you need to come to nz so I can show you what a steep hill is 😂 we do true hill work here 😂

Re boots just a little recommendation - I have a very thin legged TB who I really struggled to find things to fit - I use the LeMieux Teknique Tendon and Fetlock boots (air flow, gel to support tendon and not a shitty plastic back) and they're really really good for not slipping and a nice fit (three fitting settings), and I love the fact that they don't make her too hot. I also use the LeMieux Shoe XC Boots (also air vented) and they're excellent as well

And…four years later a comment from the future….So funny to hear you say you’d like to put Bear’s dressage, Lara’s XC, and Dee’s show jumping into one horse, and we all know now that horse (Jam) was already in your yard! Your future Badminton star!

I know I had the same thing with the when somebody else rides your pony but he wasn't mine I just took him to camp but I always thought his canter was really bouncy and slow unless I kicked like mad but that was tiering so when we did pony swap a boy and girl who got on him said he had the perfect canter and I was like OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH so it must just be my imagination that he had a slow bouncy canter. I then after pony swap realised I like his canter after some of the ponies I rode being a bit wizzy so I was like maybe I will stick to my camp pony.
