Kim, a long time watcher here… you don’t owe anyone a response about your sister. In practically every dang video, you make a reference of your amazing sister. Those of us who watch you, know the references and tear up with you. Keep being you. Take the trip. Live the life. Look out for those cardinals ❤

yes, you can declutter once a month as far as I'm concerned. I love declutter videos.
Oh the tears listening to you talk about Tina. Losing someone you love never gets easy. Life continues but with a big hole in your heart. I have been rewatching your older videos and just got to the one where you explained that she was sick and you were shopping for things to make her hospital stay more comfortable. Broke my heart watching because I knew the pain you’d soon be facing. I pray daily for your family, and those that loved Tina, even tho I don’t know you in “real life”. Remembering how she was there with the children when you went into labor with the next, and how she had passed before Wolfgang, heart breaking 💔
I have adopted your mantra of “I’m just doing the best I can over here.” Never underestimate how many lives you’re improving with your fantastic attitude.

I don’t understand the person that said it doesn’t affect Kim even said that, how on earth would they know we watch a very small snippet of Kim’s life (amazing snippets) obviously you wouldn’t show it in all your videos. Hi Kim I’m your neighbor from Tarpon Springs Florida. I had cancer for 3 years and you got me through it , if I was down you cheered me up. Thank you. Dava
Kim! I’m getting ready to turn 61 at the end of this month, raised two nice young men, married 35 years to an amazing hubby and absolutely LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! I love your energy, attitude, loving demeanor & positive parenting style, and the fact that you realize and acknowledge that time is fleeting. Your comment about carrying two kids and all the things and passing the two older ladies on the beach, really hit home! I did the best I could during the child rearing years, and wish I had taken more moments to savor the chaos of those days. Now a new grandma to a very sweet & oh so energetic little boy, I am doing better at soaking it in. You are a huge ray of sunshine & happy in my life & I feel so blessed to be able to watch you grow with the family. You always spark so much joy I am sometimes moved to tears. ❤ Stay well, thank you & God Bless You!❤ You are made for exactly what you do in this world for me & “obviously” so many other friends & viewers. ❤
Than you for being my friend. Loss of a sibling is hard. I don't talk about my sister every day, but I think about her every day. And when I really need her 'Jessie's Girl' - her favourite song will randomly play on the radio. It brightens my day every time!

Dear Kim, I'm so sorry that you lost your sister. I lost my only sister about 7 years ago, and I miss her every day. 😢. Noone else knows what you feel, and they shouldn't make mean comments about it.
Kim, just so you know, I notice little things ALL THE TIME that you say and do and I think, "That's because of her sister." It's SO obvious how much you love and miss her. You're doing a wonderful job honoring her memory and carrying on her spirit. Of course I didn't know her, but I get to know a little bit of you and if she helped shape the woman you are, she must have been really really great. Sending you big hugs.
My father passed 10 months ago and I've had similar comments from people about how I don't seem affected. We were very close and it always pisses me off when peopme make comments as if they have any way of telling what I'm feeling in the inside! We don't all grieve out loud on social media. Some of us need to process those emotions privately and that is perfectly valid. I hope you know you don't owe an explanation to anyone about how you grieve your sister ❤
We need to be lifting each other up more and not each other down! We are ALL on this ride called life together!! You are amazing Kim thank you for being you and being a friend 🥰
I've heard the hardest time in a marriage is the first 7 yrs and when a woman hits menopause...no joke menopause is not a fun time and if the man isn't patient and understanding for the MANY years the female body is changing its over. I also have 5! I can concur with everything you said- getting to spend time individually is so important and it gets harder with each kid. 5 is a lot people 😂
The speed at which I click on Kimberly Whisk notifications 🥰🏃♀️➡️
It constantly amazes me, just how insensitive some people can be. Grief is subjective most of the time and crying eventually eases off to the occasional bout. I lost a sister, way to young and it's one of the hardest things. I still find myself simply imagining that she's at home and I could pop round for a cuppa. I'll hear a song or a smell a smell and grief floods in. Some people assume, just because you have a KZread channel, that they are privy to your deepest feelings, and you should 'show' your grief to them! It's madness and definitely at the top of my 'pet peeves'. Grief comes in waves, sometimes you can stay afloat but sometimes you drown in it and it's very personal. You can ask how someone is but you can never comment on how or when they grieve. ❤❤
Kim, I hope you stay on KZread for a long time. You really do bring happy to my day!
Oof. You speaking about your sister got me. I remember you addressing her passing and sobbed with you. (Sidenote on the person commenting you seem unaffected...why anyone would presume to know your feelings outside of your videos is beyond me). ❤
Grief is different for everyone. My sister was 48 when she passed 5 years ago , she was my only/best friend. I live a life she cannot. I try to be all the wonderful things I admired in her. God Bless.

The hardest part for me with my girls was high school. Suddenly, I knew nothing and was just there to be mean because we had rules. That was hard. I lost my little girls. Once 19-20 came I got them back. They continue to grow and become who they are supposed to be but I'm invited along. So grateful. Every phrase can be hard and wonderful at once.
I did make a comment but wanted to let you know that I was 15 when I lost my brother, I’m 62 it never gets better you only cry less. And my youngest son slept with us till he was in school we actually made a cake to celebrate him sleeping in his own bed. He’s a fabulous man now. Long time viewer, first time commenter… regarding the comments about how things change when kids become teenagers… I’ve raised two kids (now 20 and 17) and I feel fortunate to say that no it doesn’t necessarily get difficult during those teenage years. As the saying goes, you are who you surround yourself with. This applies to both family and friends. If you make the effort to get to know your kid’s friends and their families and you ensure those are like minded people to your circle, the teenage years are amazing. It’s a blessing to watch kids become amazing teenagers and young adults. You’re doing a great job in raising your kiddos and I look forward to being able to see your kids grow through their teenage years!
You give great advice Kim!! How dare anyone belittle you losing your precious sister!! People are ridiculous! Shame on them. 😡 What do they want you to do? Cry on your channel all the time. Keep up the great work my fellow Canadian. 🇨🇦
Also, when they get older you get to see the amazing things they do, the new interests they pick up and how they work out their faith! So much awesomeness ahead for you! I have 7 kids between 17 and 30 years old!

You guys will be sooo proud of him when he grows up if you just handle it with love and grace like you are doing now ❤
Oh I'm really looking forward to this! I've been watching your videos for so many years it feels like popping in to watch a friend, so it will be cool to find out more about you! I'll grab a snack 😂
Thank you for your energy!! You always put a little sunshine in my day!!❤
Having lost a beloved older sister (also almost 15 yrs. older), I know the pain that is in your heart. I love your videos and your positive attitude about life. Keep being you and ignore the rude people. There will always be someone who will find fault.
As a single mum...Not all teenagers are a nightmare..my boys now 25 and 20 were really great teenagers and we are still a family unit now. It's how you raise them so you are going to be eyeroll free Kim trust me xx
I just love you. Your energy is contagious. Your honesty is refreshing and i just love watching you so thank you ❤
Hi Kim! Thank you for sharing and for being you! It was so good to learn more about you! Hope you are having a great week!
Love getting to hang out with you during the week! Thank you for continuing to share. We love you!
You know I love you so much Kim! You really are a bright spot in my days! I love your videos, I enjoy every minute and really I’m so happy when I see a long one like this! You’re such a wonderful special woman, thanks for letting us get to know you better. And I’m so sorry about Tina again, I know how hard loss can be. I still miss my mom an insane amount and it’s been over a decade she went to Heaven. Just sending you a virtual hug. Have a wonderful day!
HAPPY TUESDAY Kim, family, and chickens. Thanks for truth and sharing. Enjoy your week. STTB
When you loose a person close to you of course it effects you daily and you miss them. My husband died almost 6 years ago. It hurts daily but you have to live your life and honor them ❤
As a mom of 6, that are now all grown, it does get better. However, I would take newborn-3 again any day over the learning to drive teen, boy or girl. Great thing to make daddy do.
Thank you for this Q and A. I loved getting the updates. I completely understand the mom survival season, and now that I have teens and preteens, I wish I could freeze time and be with them longer. Thank you for being a friend and for being so open and real about your challenges and triumphs. You rock, sister!🎉❤😊
Kim, come move to Washington state!! We love it here (former CA kid)! While there are stints of dreary, the clear days are on another level! I have lived in several states and WA is BY FAR my favorite! ❤️❤️❤️
I Love your vids Kim, you always brighten up my day! Keep up the great work, and can't wait for your next Costco visit! ❤ 🛒
God bless you and your family Kim! So enjoy your videos! Thank you for sharing parts of your life with us! 😊
