Hello!!! 👋 just stumbled upon your video and this is SO EXCITING! Especially because we are going through the same, shipping to Montevideo from Hamburg at the end of August!! It would be awesome to meet somewhere in the Americas ❤

Thanks so much for the support as always, Graham! Glad you can reminisce through the videos ☺️ We can’t wait to get out on the road again soon!
We're on our way to Southeast Asia, currently we're already in Uzbekistan. 🇺🇿 And we're sooo much looking forward to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Can't wait! We share the love for Türkiye, it's definitely a overlanders dream. Soo excited for the Pan-American roadtrip! We're already dreaming of driving from Alaska to Argentina, but first focus on this journey haha 😂Why you choose to go from South to North?

That sounds amazing! Hope you guys have the best time. We couldn't get enough of Turkey - can't wait to go back one day. The time of year we're leaving, we think it makes most sense weather-wise to do it that way round. All the best with your trip!
Looking forward to the next set of trip videos! Without wanting to pry too much, what industry(ies) do you work in and what ages are you?

Thanks man. Just sort of felt right for us plus it works best that way round weather-wise (for when we're starting). We're starting to worry that we're missing something because most people do it the other way round haha!
Wow, the Pan America and south to north. Really looking forward to it. Good luck.

Cheers Dave! Nothing major - we’re looking to fit an auxiliary fuel tank and probably water tank. But apart from that just making sure Yak’s as mechanically sounds as possible!

Thank you for your swift reply😊 Two of the main things to put on your truck when travelling a'far fuel & water👌😂
Great tip about border guards trying to rip you off there. We had a similar experience driving from Croatia to Bosnia. Open border but we got stopped, were accused of "jumping the border," and the guards took me in to the hut, and tried to bribe me in to paying money for coffees, and doughnuts! I was super patient, smiley, apologetic but firm (I knew we did nothing wrong), mentioned the British Embassy 😅 and played the tourist card. We then got pulled over by police a mile or so down the road. Given some hassle but didn't react, and were let go. Zero trouble on the way back.

Sounds like you defo took the right approach there! I think it really does pay off being friendly but firm… and we’ll remember that Embassy tip for the next trip haha! Thanks for watching 😊
