    I’d say another reason your channel is successful James is the pacing and how you get straight to it. The pacing is decent and keeps you engaged, you’re a good speaker, your videos are about selling, not about your life, and the videos are clear and to the point 👍 you’re doing a good job!

    Good call ad cleaning is the top of the list for any resell item perhaps with the exception of antiques where you may sometimes be better off leaving any patina intact ad it shows a life of use and a glimpse into history

    Fair play to you bud, was so interesting listening to your 90 day total. Our journeys sound so similar, I've been reselling part time for 3 years now and I've not taken a penny from it yet just investing it back in the business on stock and things to make it easier. My 90 day total sits at 9k and we're currently in the process of moving house. So fingers crossed when that's completed I'll be going full time as I'll have a double garage and an office to work from...excited but nervous at the same time but videos like these help with the self doubt. 👍 I've literally got a storage unit I rent that's full of stock from those 3 years because I wanted some security before taking the plunge... That still doesn't stop me spending about £600 a week on vinted though. 😅 Think I need to ban myself from the app for a few months. Keep up the good work. 👍

    Wow £600 a week! Sounds like you’re ready mate! Amazing you’ve just been reinvesting every penny. Very smart way to do it if you ever went full time, would give you a great start! 9k is also brilliant to reach part time, good luck with the journey & glad the videos are helping a bit 😊

    my account is amazing and advised, measure Sq foot of your home each room, garage etc.. then measure the space you use for your business and then that's the % . then use that % against your your household bills, mortgage etc.. works out a lot yearly and you only have to do it once. you video are just brilliant, your just have it right and so enjoyable to watch.

    Thanks for watching! To be honest, the majority are real as I tend to avoid the most commonly faked shoes such as Nike Dunks/SB/Jordon all them. I stick to what I know are 100% genuine and never faked, brands such as Skechers & more low key types with high value sale prices.

    Great video really honest well done keep going a hands on trade is fantastic if we were all only academic there would be no one to make and fix things both equally needed. several years ago at a options parents evening with my daughter the head lectured parents on the importance of being academic and basically said you would be a failure in this world if you were not imagine the message that sent out to all those that are struggling in education

    Wow, like they’re all brainwashed! I always remember the school days where teachers would say you won’t amount to anything without the right grades. Terrible way to go about life, but I guess a lot of them don’t know any different and have never tried the entrepreneurial route. No uni dept for me haha! Yeah it all balances itself out too, having this trade means not having to pay a carpenter to come round and hang doors! So saves me a few pennies every now & then. Thanks for the comment 😊

    Good video, some sound advice. Although I find it fascinating how nowadays everyone relies online for research. I mean back when I started selling in the early 1990s, we had no internet websites to check, nor youtube or ebay, knowledge was picked up as you went. Maybe I am getting old lol. But its not impossible to learn via the old style wheeling and dealing.

  • @JammyDodgerFlips

    @JammyDodgerFlips

    I’d say it’s there for research if people need it, as I mentioned in the video a lot of my knowledge came from previous jobs. Having eBay solds section is a great quick way to confirm if something is worth it or not in the field. But yeah back in the day it was all experience! So gotta respect that 🙌🏼
