Hi, Thank you for supplying these mini videos. Where would I find the bounce house insurance? Is it the same as a car or house insurance? Typically how much do they charge? Lastly, do I charge the customer for insurance purposes or does it go through their insurance?

If you have an LLC for a bounce house business and are sued for somthing like an injury on the bounce house and the business does not have the funds to cover the suit, is the owner of the LLC is danger of being sued personally?

Hello Michael, thank you for your questions. We recommend you ask a licensed attorney in your state who can better answer this question. Some factors that can decide how far they pursue you or your company; how negligent was the owner/operator during installation, was supervision provided, how much instruction and/or training was given, how serious or extensive is the injury, etc. Generally speaking, if you do not own much assets then a attorney will not have much incentive in pursuing you.
