What a beautiful voice !!!! Back in the 90's I watched a movie called Love Potion No. 9 and in one of the scenes they explain Love potion stimulates the vocal chords and the sound coming out has a direct effect on the opposite sex, making them fall in love with that person. I truly believe that Mr. Armitage has had some of that love potion. Because the first time I heard him, I fell in love with his voice and every time I hear him speak I fall in love with him all over again. He can read a software installation guide to me and I'll have little hearts in my eyes.

Velvety baritone voice that can be either so gentle or very frightening. I can listen to his voice all day !

I am SO buying this when it comes out. I could listen to that man read the instruction manual to my washing machine and I'm pretty sure I would be entertained and quite pleased!

Thanks for posting. Richard Armitage is, as usual, fascinating while talking about his job. He always has so many interesting things to say, his quiet passion is contagious. I'm more eager than before to get the audiobook, since hints Richard gave are very intriguing. I loved the previous A.J. Hartley and David Hewson audiobook Macbeth, so original and well written and perfectly performed by Alan Cumming.

I want Richard Armitage as the voice on my GPS! What a beautiful, talented fellow.

Richard has the most attractivr voice in earth. I swear he has deep voice that can make you mezmerized.

So glad that I purchased this, it is absolutely fantastic. Richards voices just take you away. You become so engrossed in this narration. It is done so perfectly and with his voice and presentation I have started on my second listening. I would buy it again and again.

Thanks a lot for sharing this lovely interview. Listening to Richard Armitage talking about this totally different approach to a story we seem to know so well is a treat. Can`t wait to get the audiobook!!!

I just finished listening to this story! Wow! The voices that this man produces is astonishing. A wonderful fleshing out of the story; despite knowing all the stops along the way it is heartbreaking.

Great story and wonderful interpretation by a wonderfully talented actor.
