Revelation promises a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH. If sunsets can take my breath away now, I can only imagine the magnificence of those in a new earth. I love the land, the smell and feel of dirt in a freshly plowed field. I actually miss cutting weeds out of soybeans in the cool of early morning, milking cows. The new earth is where I want to be-endless possibilities & Joy forever.

We will be so happy we such a buetiful place to live. In fact, God has planned for his human creation to live on earth since the Garden of Eden. Most people are unaware of God's purpose for the earth and mankind from the beginning of the first human pair were given life. Everything that was part of his original purpose has😂Not changed.. his instructions for Adam and Eve to subdue the earth and fill it will be exactly the same for all the future human family to accomplish his purpose that was his plan for plan from the very beginning. You are correct. Before Adam sinned, he was given a garden to tend and an Earth to subdue. In a perfect place, helping others won’t be necessary, however, tending land will always be needed. A new Earth maybe?

I love to garden. I can't do as much as I like due to a couple medical conditions. My great grand dad, grandpa, and a couple uncles were farmers in SD. I always wanted to be a farmer but that didn't work out as I joined the USAF and spent over 24 years in. I tried to grow a garden wherever we were stationed. Even in Korea I had a small garden. I have a photo of my dad and I in front of our garden when I was about ten years old. It was about 50X150 feet and I used to take my wagon and fill it with vegetables and walk around the block going door to door selling these fresh veggies, at ten years old!!! I would like to be a farmer in heaven.

When I limped in excruciating pain for 9 years, the spinal surgeon said he could do nothing for me but medicate me. He said I would never walk properly again. Well, I called out to Jesus Christ one night to take the pain off of me. Later, I hear a voice say, "prepare my house for forgiveness ". I replied, "Who are you?" Anyway, I repented of my sins at home to Jesus and asked him for direction. I was still praying in the car when a man waved at me while walking on the sidewalk he came out infront of my car, while I was asking Jesus for direction. I watched the man go into a baptist church through my rear vision mirror. On the Sunday that week, I went into that church & asked about that man who waved me off the road. They said he is the Gardener and pointed me to the front of the church. I limped straight up to him & introduced myself, I asked why he waved at me the previous Tuesday? If he had something to tell me? He said, yes. Then he said that the waters were open, if I wanted a full immersion baptism? I said, I'm catholic, I'm not sure? Then he said, "I've come to tell you that your husband is going to leave you, your parents are about to die & everyone who you think is your friend is not. You need to make new friends in this baptist church." I didn't quite believe him, the thing is as he spoke these words to me, I felt spiritual water run up my left leg into my hip & back. I started jumping on the spot. The limp was healed that day after 9 years. After that, I went hiking, swimming, running, going for long walks & I started bible study classes immediately on Wednesdays, also a bible course on Monday nights. I prayed for my parents to be saved & healed but unfortunately about 2 years later, dad passed away, although on my birthday my 8 year old son said there was someone outside to see me. He told me to look up, we both saw my young dad smiling at us at the same time from a cloud, we both had eye connection with him as he gestured to us, he was dressed in a suit. The bible says the clouds are full of witnesses. Anyway, my husband left me the following year, and my mum passed the year after that. I found my friends & siblings stopped visiting. I joined a bible study fellowship group, & my children went to the children's bible group. This man who healed my leg with spiritual water, invited me to another baptist church, & with a new friend we went into the kitchen & he asked me if I believe in the Shepherd's prayer that David wrote? When I said yes, a wind came in and flipped through all the pages of his bible and the same wind travelled into my ears with warm whispers. Then they told the pastor that the Lord had opened up the scriptures to me, & i understood all of them. That same night, I dream a vision i meet Jesus in his courtroom, flame in his eyes & long white woolly hair sitting in the Judgement seat, first a huge fire Father, then Jesus calls out "Saved" to me. Then I watch him enter through a back door & I'm standing infront of him. A bowl of blood in his hands & he gives me my redemption plan. He says, these 500 people in this Courtroom are your witnesses. So I move house with my kids, the Lord fills me with more visions night & day, sends me a real angel into my home who's wings hit the wall & curtain, they are so huge, and I finally have a full immersion baptism, which I realise I should've done before in the year I repented of my sins. I hope I will be looking after the lakes & rivers, the waters when I reach heaven. The Lord has also been continuing to heal me & my kids before & after my full immersion baptism. Recently this year he healed me of breast cancer & previously my son of his chronic asthma. I grow my own fruits & vegetables & the Lord blesses in abundance! So I came to tell you, there are no medical conditions in heaven, not even in heaven on earth. The Our Father Prayer says, Let it be done on earth as it is in heaven, etc. Jesus cleans us and moves in to our bodies with his Heavenly Father who speak to us and the Holy Spirit introduces himself, saying he cares for us. The Lord helped me pay off my house & bills, whether I work or not, and I only worked temp jobs these last 3 years. Jesus has been providing & caring & protecting us for more than 14 years now. (there are persecutions but Jesus comes & calls you out of them)

A wonderful and encouraging message! I am currently reading Randy Alcorn's book "Heaven" and really enjoying it. I have noticed that more and more people are suddenly talking about this subject and I'm coming across it more often all the time. I think this is a relatively new phenomenon and God is preparing His beloved people in advance, showing us what is in store for us, and also to encourage us to "keep looking up" during these increasingly dark days. His coming is imminent! I can't wait!

I once was traveling the "Fruit Loop" on and near the Washington/Oregon border stopping at multiple of the many local fruit stands. At one, I saw these not-so-good looking yellowish apples and when I smelled them, I immediately brought to memory my grandmothers Indiana rural home that had three apple trees with the same "ugly" heritage apples. They made great apple sauce, apple pie, apple cobbler and her best: apple butter. 30+ years later.

We will continue to do God's will.

I recently heard someone on my car radio repeat a popular saying these days popularized by Joel Osteen. Thats the “living my/your best life now.” I cringe every time I heard it. No truly saved Christian could ever think that. Jesus certainly live his best life during his 33 years on Earth so why should I expect to? I am looking forward to my best life that begins when I look into my saviors eyes for the first time.

Not only will things be perfected but it will be "amplified" so we will see details at the top of mountains, see the bottom of streams and lakes, recognize our loved ones from hundreds of miles away, our sense of smell , the flowers and food and fruit will be intoxicating, I cant wait for that smell of lillys of the valleys, lilacs, the greenhouse smell of a wet forest full of moss,...ok your talking about magnifying now, our hearing and details of everything He created for us in its original form. I lived in Canada in 1975. It was because my abusive husband wanted to dodge the draft. I was just 19, he was 25. I didn't feel comfortable there, and the visa was difficult to attain. Luckily, we were only there for 1 year. The people I met were quite liberal, and could be rude and obnoxious. I Didn't meet any who loved our lord. Because I had to work full-time and my husband wasn't a believer then. However, our neighbors were really into AMWAY! and at every meeting a good amount of time was spent demeaning Americans! I'm sure you can see the insidious irony in that. Just a little tidbit about how far AMWAY traveled. 🥺😳

There is the EARTHLY Kingdom of Heaven and there is the Heavenly Kingdom of Heaven. Both operate the same as a KINGDOM would operate.

Always questioned myself how much more is heaven to just glorify our Father 👑

Wonderful sermon pastor, my pastor father , compounded the scripture of a constant drip on a rainy day to imply you had diarrhea and kept having to go out into the rain to relieve yourself. How miserable.

A really nice guy , a long time ago, once said , The kingdom of God is at hand ! , you have forgotten that you passed thru the waters and arrived in Heaven , look in to child's eyes and see perfection , open your eyes and use all your God created sences and look and touch smell and listen around at all of Gods creations ! Jesus told His disciples He would not drink wine til He drinks it with them in Heaven. We will meet Jesus at the Marriage Feast.

Try this one. U have yet to find anyone who can answer this. As humans on this planet, as we grow we are molded into who we are today because of our life experiences. Good AND BAD. When Jesus cleanses this earth after 1000 years and we come back to it, or even in heaven, who will we be if we have no knowledge of the bad things in our past life? It's unfathomable. Life here back on earth is to be free from pain, anguish, fear, sadness etc. Take those experiences away from me what who am I?

I should not have said everyone goes to heaven,we know God can't take harm imposed on children and the elderly.

This distrust in God and doubt about eternity amd happiness for their own soul is sad...God will surely reject these type of questions to eternity I we pull think...Fathi or uncertainty? God asks for faith.

Can someone please share the bible reference about where people we know and have sown into will seek us out in heaven? I have heard this referred to but wondered where it was located, thanks in advance🙏

Float on clouds and play harps, right? As spirit creatures, dwelling in the invisible realm of heaven, there'll be no food or drink, no hugs, no children, no pets, no swimming, no no fragrant flowers, nothing without a physical body. I'm looking forward to a resurrection to Earth where we will return it to a Paradise, as it was intended.

It's going to be in another body not dependent upon serotonin uptick for feeling great. Cause heaven sounds unbearably boring. Because in earth a lot if entertainment comes from battling of trouble. Without trouble what will we do? But yeah we on earth don't know what real life can be. It will be a lot easier to renew our bodies in heaven wont take ten years of hard labor, research, and diets.

All we see of Heaven from Revelation is the courtroom. It is a courtroom scene... not the entirety of Heaven.

“The meek shall inherit the _earth_ .” “Your kingdom come, your will be done on _earth_ , as it is in heaven.” The chosen will inherit the new earth, not go to heaven. If the chosen go to heaven, then what’s the purpose of the new earth?

The Bible contains the good news that God will wake them up-in a resurrection from death! For true Christians, that will occur at the return of Jesus Christ. When you pray "...Thy Kingdom come…" (Luke 11:2) that is praying for the day when heaven (the full Presence of the Father) comes to earth. When we die, before His Second Coming, we wait in the Presence of God (heaven) for the redemption of our physical bodies. But, the Throne of God and the Lamb will come to the new earth and be the eternal "temple", where the children of God, resurrected, immortal, will live on the earth. The rest of creation, animals, plants, etc will also be released from the corruption God sentenced it to, as part of Adam's curses for sinning. Jesus not only redeemed men from their sin, but also redeemed the earth from being the dominion of Satan, (Adam lost dominion of earth to him, when he sinned). The scroll that only the Lamb could open in heaven (Rev 5:6-7), is the deed to the earth. When the seventh seal is opened, the earth will be fully redeemed. Some from the early church, referred to the coming resurrected creation, as the "8th Day." No more poisoned, dying earth and sky, just pure water flowing from the throne of God, and trees with fruit for our delight. I believe AI is the Image of the Beast

I get why 2/3 of the angels rebeled against god now. They were jealous of us. They have to serve as slaves for their purpose and we get to be eternally glorified. It must suck to be an angel. The punishments against them are way worse too. Then again we are also slaves in heaven since we have to serve him to stay. Why would anyone want to be in hell if it was worse? So if hell is for the angels why do you keep saying people go there?

Do you think when we get to the gates of heaven, will st Peter be asking for an entry tax,,🤔😜🤣

Death is like sleep in that no conscious thought occurs when one has died. People who are dead are completely unconscious-unaware of the passage of time and without any feelings or awareness of themselves or their surroundings. These Bible verses elaborate on how death is a state of unconsciousness: “His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish” (Psalm 146:4, King James Version). “For the living know that they will die; but the dead know nothing” (Ecclesiastes 9:5). “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going” (verse 10). But another reason death is analogous to sleep is because, as is stated by some of the above scriptures, death is temporary. When someone falls asleep, they will eventually wake up. When someone dies, they experience “the sleep of death” (Psalm 13:3) for a period of time, but will awaken in the future. The Bible calls this the resurrection of the dead. “Will I go to heaven?” The Bible verses we have quoted in this article make it clear that when a person dies, he or she is unconscious. Death is like sleep. But many people believe that good people go to heaven when they die.
