Hi Vaibhav, I too got same error but found the cause. Instead of giving (phonenumbers.parse)stored variable name, I gave variable name of my phone number.

Soooo There is a thing that i'd like to metion, the service displayed when the code is runned only works for the first company that was associated with the phoene number, imagine that you sign your phone to a certain company and later you change it but keep the phone number, when you run it it will display the first and only the first comapny signed to.

Troubling in installation of the package ,it is showing powershell detected screen reader and has disabled PSReadLine for compatibility..... Now what's the solution any body can help me in this????

when i try to install phonenumber, an error comes up: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement phonenumber (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for phonenumber

Hello I got an error that (geocoder.discription_for_number(ch_nmber, "en")) Here I got that module phonenumbers.geocoder has no attribute 'discription_for_number'.

The only problem in python is to remember the package and module names and their functions.

For me the code prints the service provider but not the country. I also tried different numbers and they didn't show any information. Would it be that phonenumbers is unable to acces the geolocation and the carrier of that phone number?

First you have to install phonenumbers module in your computer using cmd. Open your cmd , then type pip install phonenumbers.

This code shows me the phone number country and carrier. when putting in the country code in the program it is easy to find the country. I am using a different carrier to the one that it tells me. This can only be as its taking the info from the actual prefix of the number which originally belonged to the codes result
