I think I'd cry if the the pyro archon wore a kente cloth. Seeing a character wearing a textile from my (Ghanaian) culture in a game as big as Genshin would be all I've ever wanted and more. My life would be complete and I'd finally be able to see the pearly gates. But that's probably not gonna happen. Also, I feel like it's possible that just like how Egeria chose Focalors to replace her, Murata could have chosen a phoenix to be the next pyro archon so that the throne could be destroyed without the archon having to sacrifice themself. Even as a mesoamerican myself the most hope I'm holding onto is the pyro archon being a guy, at least in one point of resurrection. But yeah, I'd be incredibly happy to see any type of clothing from the Mayans and incans to the Yoruba and ghanaians

@@elizabethsolorio9837 Yeah, but the Sumeru and Fontaine archon quests have shown us that the archon doesn't have to be alive or even still the archon to 'share a secret' with the the traveller. If natlan follows sumeru and fontaine (and I guess Liyue) it'll have a mechanism or system of sorts that embodies the nation's ideal, is powered by the gnosis, and is part of the archon's grand plan. Wouldn't be surprised if we talk to Murata in there. But this is just copium, chances are she'll be an anime waifu so they can earn megabucks.

I want the darkest skin tones yet to be in Natlan. Vanessa wasn’t the darkest but maybe they could be the palest ppl from Natlan.

They're a high chance for the fire bird to be fu hua expy because so far only fu hua has the pheonix, death, rebirth theme that also matches up with natlan and that is why i believe pyro archon to be himeko but she would be with fu hua and wouldn't be in main natlan cities As for Eden and Aponia they're a high chance for them being related to celestia and witches

Mythology is a collection of myths, especially ones belonging to a religion. So, something being part of a religion doesn't mean it can't be part of a mythology. For eg: gods like Shiva and Vishnu or mythical creatures like the Garuda are part of Hindu mythology and Hindus believe in them at the same time similar to how Muslims believe in jinns.

Im pretty sure Natlan is mainly going to inspired by mesoamerica (Mexico and South America) with some Africa inspiration. Hell even the music for Natlan sounds very much like the music in Mexico and South America

most likely murata will be himeko and the pyro dragon sovoreing will be fu huan phoenix girl. why else would they send capitano and columbina to natlan. it's not confirmed but columbina gives out God vibes and there's rumors saying she might be one of 4 shades as in the shade of death, and capitano is ranked above her so he must be stronger than her. i can't wait for natlan, fontaine needs to finish already...

Although, I am excited for the story and how the region would look, I am very nervous about the character designs. I'm so curious how everyone in Natlan is going to look and I do hope for people with darker skin tones as well.

I think it would be cool and unique if Natlan has had 3+ Archons. We’ve already had 2 already times. Maybe in Natlan each tribe sends their strongest female warrior and the winner becomes the new archon with that tribe getting high rank and privileges similar to the adepti.

bro that leak is fake. Just use your brain, why would the pyro archon get leaked way before any other character? That has never happened before, whenever there is a nation leak, most characters get leak at the same time. Also, her design doesnt even look natlanian, i mean... just look at Iansan and the new natlan relic they both look tribic so obv thats what the nation's aesthetic gonna be like not some masked circus clown. But obv twitter is dumb as bricks and believe every leak with 100% trust

I doubt himeko would die ngl. Shes one of the main cast in honkai and she'd definetely be playable. But i just hope hoyo would pull the story off, along with her, with an unexpected twist as always hehe

Signora is more like a Cocolia expy. Himeko is usually depicted as kind and/or a brawler, which Signora is not. The only similarity is that they’re both related to fire.

Signora were 1 to 1 cocolia looks, expy or Variant like Himeko's were always red headed just like yae always pink haired or Raiden always purple haired (shades of purple). At least there were no known expy/variant with different hair colors/design that too far from each other that it unrecognizable.

@@OrdinaryMemer6969 I dunno, man. I look at, for example, the picture in 2:34 and she looks like a palette swapped Signora. The hairstyle is very similar, with that sort of sloppily tied back but with a little hanging over the shoulder look. She even has the fur collar. When I look up Cocolia, I see that the hair and eye color are the same, but not much else (superficially, of course). Her palette seems to be white and green. All the pictures I see have her with drill hair. Not to mention she seems to be typecast as a mother figure from what I can see. None of that really maps to Signora. I’d say the biggest hiccup in my guess is the fact that Vanessa exists and has bright red hair like Himeko and is said to be a “Muratan”. So I could definitely be tilting at windmills here, but I see all of these little similarities and I can’t help but be suspicious (especially with the academic background, the flames, and the whole death thing). Either way, I guess we’ll find out in Natlan

Hopefully if Pyro Archon is anything like garuda hua she doesnt play like garuda hua coz holy that unit's mid and annoying af to use. Yea she has good numbers, yea she basically came with free SS, but jesus christ i do not like that playstyle.
