Andrewoid the like is a saying meaning something similar to something, i.e. the parakeets, cockatiels, canaries and the like are small birds, the like being other parrotlets

Because I rather have a bit smaller zoos (smaller comparting to my Planet Coaster parks) and start building in different boimes :) and trust me.. this zoo aint small ;)

It would be so cool if you put the dimensions of each habitat such as the water vs the land space and how many plants etc you put in there. Also would be awesome to know how many staff buildings you put down as well? I love your videos so much and am pretty much spending all my time watching them for inspiration!

I have a crazy idea for your next zoom, maybe all the habitats are below the paths, so your always looking down at a habitat, like you could have a big circular one in the middle and then more half circle ones and so on going out from that. If I had this game I would build this idea but I don’t :/ I’m sure you could knock it out of the park though!

I always LOVE seeing this game played in the Tundra biome! Everything you do is always awesome but if you end up deciding to make another sandbox Zoo i recommend Tundra it's sooo pretty

Heyho ;) at First i have to say sorry for my bad english. After watching your video i Made my own hippo habitat. And ist makes me agressive that they not use the big water area that i made. After More than 2 hours of trying i find an realy cool way to force them into the water and you can Control the way in the water . Build the sleeparea on the other side of the water. All my 20 hippos run every night as a group through the water. It looks soooo cool

Zoo Leipzig has a wonderful habitat for the pygmy hippos inside their dome-building called "Gondwanaland" :)

Aaw thank you Alex ♥ yeah as soon as I said Aloa Vera (the exact same way as in Dutch) I thought.. hmmmmmz that might be wrong hahaha.. thank you ♥

I know that you said that it is not your settings that cause the breeding problem but if you or someone else with the same problem plays with the "no fighting" setting that could be the problem. For some animals only the alpha can breed and if you deactivate the fighting the game doesn't recognize any male as the alpha (at least in my park) and after turning on the fighting it worked (you may need to buy a second male and let them fight, at least for my lions it was necessary, after that my park was flooded with little cubs ^^). So at the very least you should check if any male of the animals who won't breed have the alpha sign.

Do you experience any lag when there are many objects?

Hi! I love this one! I have a question about this as I’ve been trying to make an enclosure for mine but I can’t get enough water? The land and water are both 300 yet I have over the correct amount of land and even when I have the same amount of water as the land or even more it still stays red and says it’s not enough? I thought it maybe a bug as my enclose is much bigger than yours but your hippos were happy and mine aren’t! I can’t work out what’s going on with it, was hoping you could help me :) xx

Could be a bug. I've had issues with my pygmy hippos too. Not land wise though. They get pregnant and give birth but then the baby just vanishes. I never see the birth. The habitat only says two animals inside. The female just gives birth to nothing. Its happened two pregnancies in a row now.

Have you tried to see if they are able to use the water :) ? Cause if they cant reach it, maybe it doesnt count ? I never had any issues so far with calculating the water, so really no other ideas what it could be :(

Do you put your creations in blueprints? If you do, can you link it? 🙂 Your builds are so beautiful 🙂👍

Not gonna upload blueprints from this zoo until the complete zoo is finished :) its also not as easy as it sounds ;) since I mostly work with null fences, its really a struggle to blueprint something.. :(

Haha no thank you :) never have issues with them.. in fact.. every time I have a lot I spend them, just the play a bit of fair franchise mode... lol... so I twice had more than 20k CC thanks to my breeding zoo and the weekly challenges, I spend them all, just to be able to play "normal" Franchise mode for this series.. hihi :P

I know it’s 3 years later but I just burst into tears when you mentioned your cats dying of Kidney failure. My 15 year old retired service dog is currently battling kidney disease. Shes been with me since the min she was born and has saved my life more them once. Its heartbreaking to go through and I’m so so sorry about your loss. Idk if in your more current series you still name animals after people, but if on the slim off chance you see this and think of it, please name any Canine type animal after my Maggie Mae. I’m slowly going through all your content from oldest to newest and it would mean so so so much to see a video with her name in it. She’s my baby and I’m currently holding her at 11pm and bawling. I don’t know what I’m going to do without her, I’m lost just thinking about it.

I've gotten bored with the game. I realize you're just doing the same thing over and over. Built a habitat spend time on it, then you do the same thing for a new animal. There's not enough depth in the management anymore. I guess 80 hours out of the game isnt bad but still.

I can see where you are coming from.. tho I am still far from bored :) but thats also because I really like the building part of the game.. but I also like the management a lot and just looking and enjoying the animals.. but I can see what you mean with doing the same thing each and every time again.. but I dont think it could really work any way else tbh ?

@@DeLadysigner I think they could keep the gameplay the same but add more depth to the management. Because when adding a new animal you just do the same thing, research it, put in toys and then it's like you never had that animal in your zoo. And you start over.
