Good review. I picked up the same wheel. For PC, I had go turn up vibration settings in games to get it to vibrate. You get a lot for your money with this wheel its just missing force feedback.

Of all the videos I watched you're the only one who figure out that with the shifter plug in you are in wheel mode and not plug in you are in gamepad mode. In my case, on the PS4 I loose connection after around 10-15 minutes of play in wheel mode. After contacting support, they suggested to unplug the shifter and see if it still disconnect. And it works ok now but I'm in gamepad mode at this point. I'm trying to find a way to be in gamepad mode and the shifter connected at the same time. So far no way to do it.... even with the app. When it disconnect on the PS4, I see the gamepad flashing. My next move is to plug a wired gamepad to see if it still disconnect. But I have to buy one to test it. Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm glad my video helped you in a way, I am losing connection after some time but I simply just press mode again. It's kind of a game breaker sometimes especially tight races but it's not something that frustrates me. I haven't experimented with gamepad mode yet. Your last scenario does seem difficult, because the shifter only works in wheel mode. Maybe gamepad mode with a shifter could work with PC by still choosing gamepad mode and mapping the shifter. But I don't think this is possible with PS4. I hope you find a solution to this. I like this wheel and I am enjoying my racing games.

It's fixed to those 2 options. Anything in between can't be selected.

I'm trying to connect mine to ps4 gt sport aswell, I don't have the USB that connects the steering to the ps4 I have to the steering that the plug is permenantly originally placed in the steering wheel

You can extend with flap, it is good for slippery floors and won’t budge! I do that too, I don’t like to put it against my wall.

02:24 I don't agree with you as a PXN V900 user for 8 months.. Those pedals have a good sensivity, looking but there will be squeaky noises from the springs in it.

@@adrian-mg8dl v9 has one more pedal to present as clutch and absolutely a gearbox. Other stuffs are almost same. The interior design of v900 has missing parts and spaces for v9 functions. Hope, this can answer to your question

keep pressed for 3 seconds then your D-pad, up is high, down is low, and on the right is medium

PXN V9...everything works perfectly on Gran Turismo Sport and 7 - shifter, steering, and all, the problem is, it randomly disconnects after 5 or 10 minutes, or 2, any time!! control won't respond, your car will just go straight. you have to restart or disconnect the controller for it to work again, but, it already destroyed your race. how do you solve this? but when you use PXN V9 on assetto corsa, no problem at all. PS4 controller is all original. it just randomly disconnects on gran turismo. how do you solve this please

Is this a PS4? if yes try holding ps4 button on controller to turn it off then plug the controller into the wheel then press mode button of controller. The audio should transfer after this. If you're using a pc, I just plug it on the pc/laptop instead of the wheel.

For Forza horizon 4 try to change the mode to DInput, use the mobile app found on the playstore, I believe Forza is one of the available options there.

put the steam input setting for controllers under properties in game to disable i have this wheel thats how i got mine to to work,i have the app on my phone to and it helps,the only issues i have are setting it up for like camera rotations,i play ATS,and games like that and it works for ATS you have to program the 2 buttons on shifter for range change and splitter,thats what i did

@@johanp4061 Dont know about you but i'd rather save up a little but more money for a G29 and a shifter Or a T150 pro with a G29 Shifter and Adapter. Your paying the same price for a T150 Pro But get no Force feedback and only 900 Degree Rotation Among other things

@@johanp4061 I wouldnt go for anything that’s not thrustmaster, Hori or Logitech. These 3 are the best for budget. TMX pro is 250 and had pretty good force feedback and a metal 3 pedal set. The g29 is made of leather and for 60 dollars more you get an H pattern shifter.

I was only able to test manual transmission on City Car Driving and it works ok.

get a t150 pro get it for 150 on ebay its much better as the PXN V9 has no force feedback and that just removes the biggest part of getting a steering wheel

Nope, it's fixed. but you can put a book under because the clamp is adjustable to suit tables with different thickness.

Sorry but i did not find this helpful in actually setting up the steering wheel in the settings. It was more to do with just connecting it.

The v9 and 900r are the same wheel both are trash for the price. do yourself a favor and buy a wheel with FFB. i made this mistake but recovered. sold the 900r for 170 purchased a t150 for 250. wish i would have got the t150 from the jump. these aren't any good driving wise I don't care how much u adjust it.

Nah it ain't broke its more on arcade than having a realistic experience i had this for a while before switching to thrustmaster that wheel can mostly work on any racing game including fivem as long as you use the Xinput on it itll read as a controller just tune the wheel and you're good to go i prefer saying this wheel is like your beginner wheel arcade style it doesn't have Ffb but it still manage to compete on other racing wheels.

@@Mihael6661 that's the point its a beginner wheel for most arcade players so its not really bad for the price but if you want to experience realism then yea I'll prefer buying Logitech or thrustmaster all of us have our own opinions but most importantly we enjoy and appreciate what we have and what we play
