It can't legally be in gw2 as it was sponsored by a specific company, making it Illegal for Popcap and EA specificly to get back the berry shooter. The berry shooter can only be brought back into the games if they get sponsored by the same company again, but the berry shooter was a very good variant in gw1 so hopefully it gets added back in? There still are some chances.

he could be like yeti chomper but actual ammo limit, somewhere in 6 or 8 zen rose could have like 30 ammo and damage would be like deal 5 to 17 ( we need some balance)

I think they were gonna add a Watermelon Class to GW2 Instead of Citron, but they know they need a full on tank to beat Superbrains and Allstars

Yes, definitely do the zombie concept art too. It was really interesting to see what ideas were being thrown around versus how the variants ended up looking. I think the game could have had one more variant each for the rose, citron, and corn.

4:13 I think is supposed to be like a cosmic chomper similar to cosmic brains 5:27 is def rock chomper (low speed but good defense and attack) 11:20 is cosmic rose most likely 15:26 I think that zen was supposed to be one of the main new variants but was scrapped for some reason

They are probably going to use the cancelled plants for gw3 because there is already enough characters in gw2 right now

14:20 emo rose or rock and rose?

Seeing the Space Theme Chomper, The Space Theme Citron, and Space Theme Rose makes me think that they were making a DLC involving Space that was scrapped. I can see why since PVZ Heroes already has a Space theme DLC.

I have a citron idea, it wouldnbe called melted citron or fire citron, and if you shoot OVER a zombie, somenof the juice will drip on the zombie and take damage, like if you like my idea

Wow, thanks for sharing. Some of these I had actually seen but I never knew it was official concept art, I just thought it was someone being really creative and making their own versions. A lot of those unused ideas look so cool, especially Rose in that straw hat, reminds me of Raiden from Mortal kombat 😂😁. A lot of those designs do seem dark yes, but to me they would be so sick in a future game. I myself have been trying to just make all sorts of variants for fun, coincidentally enough, my imagery of some sort of astral Rose turned out exactly like the concept art (the space/Galactic skin).

Having a Peach character for Citrus would be cool.

The toxic cactoos (design #1), liquid metal chomper, and shark chomper would've been amazing!

The liquid metal chopper could have been cool because if it had a special dig it could be a liquidation allowing it to slide but then instead of eating a zombie it can surround them with liquid metal then solidify allowing some control.

I would like a withered/dying set for each plant class Here are the names: Withered Rose Rotting Citron Cuitlacoche (This is for the corn class, pronounced QUEET-la-coh-chay) Wilted Sunflower Dying Chomper Bad Pea Falling Cactus (Falling meaning dying)

Chopper does it need more variance he already has like over nine

I think that the quicksilver chomped would turn into a puddle instead of burrowing, and he would move insanely fast while burrowing, but would be able to be shot. He would also be faster in chomped form but would only have 100 - 125 health.

Ideas for names for plant and zombie variants: 1. Yeti Imp (ice imp) 2. Orbit chomper (Similar to yeti chomper but it's attack is moon rock belch) 3. Dr Nitrogen (ice scientist) 4. Radiated corn (toxic corn) 5. Captain Iceburg (ice pirate)

I would love the liquid chomper in the game. Imagine like after it eats a zombie it solidifies giving a ton of extra health but it can't burrow or in its case liquify. It could also be like splatoon where it can leave a trail of liquid behind it or shoot out liquid after it eats a zombie that allows it to retreat to areas it's been in or even go up walls

Gametime101 I think he could have been a reskined version of the Chester chomper because he had the fastest digestion time, which would make since for a shark. Kinda like they made the zoologist as a reskined dr. Chester.

I think the shark chomper could have been like a grab chomper to deal big damage but the Zombie can escape. Like the shark grabs them from the front or side to do a grab motion but not swallow. Zen chomper maybe could be an ammo chomper, like he has the Zen floating around him and he bites them to make them explode. Temple chomper I was thinking maybe he could jump and then when he lands, he deals knockback damage. Liquid Metal chomper could maybe be a sniper chomper. He turns into liquid and can climb walls and spray a liquid beam. The Monster citron maybe could siphon health or possibly turn defeated foes into monster weeds. The corn dog I think should launch a lobbed shot which makes a puddle on the ground acting like a slightly less effective goop allowing you to get better shots

I'd love to see more of this I find it really cool

Do you even know how much work that would be for their team? They would have to settle on the final design, draw them, design their characters, and so so much more

I love how the chomper has variants inspired by movies. Too bad there was only one and it was in gw1. (Chomp thing)

Shark chomper could be like a sniper class just imagine him shooting out hooks at zombies

I have a mustard and ketchup cosmetic for kernel corn, so maybe it was an inspiration from the dropped hotdog variant.

Maybe they were thinking about having a space variant for some plants that would focus on teleportation but then just added it to the unicorn chomper

I want a snow flower, a sheriff (foot soldier variant) with similar mechanics to the law pea, or maybe even have dual wield that sacrifices the option to zoom in, which is the opposite to what characters like pops corn have or camo cactus, where they get a bigger zoom and resulting range for sacrificing ammo and stuff.

3:20 actually 2 looks like a corrupted or zombie cactus

I want a playable cob canon as artillery and coconut cannon as a tank and also a snap dragon for like the air attack I want them :P

All those cosmic looking plants could be variant idea cosmic plants they have a meter like the legendary variants and when they get that vanquish they have low gravity for a limited amount of time

They had quite the idea for a Pineapple hero If you wondering where it was shown, it was shown in the montage at the beginning of the concepts

The last rose looks like it would in a way be a legendary one with the vanquish meter and would be more of a healing rose

The reason there are multiple concepts of the ones we already have is probably because they weren’t too proud with how they looked so they wanted to change it but they didn’t get to

Pineapple hero called “Pain-apple” who shoots his spiky hair onto the ground which does tick damage to anyone who steps on it, making it great for choke points. Ability 1: instantly fires all spines on his head in a circle around him, great close range damage, stops People from getting up close. Ability 2: shoots an acidic pool of pineapple juice that deals damage again, when combined with spikes does bleed damage. Ability 3: charges head first forward, using spikes to poke zombies, like a tackle but doesn’t push them back, they get stuck to the thorns until he either stops or hits a wall.

Melting metal could have a special goop that hurts the zombie more but they move faster or the metal goop just freezes when it hits the zombie forcing to zombie not to move

Ahhhh 2nd toxic cactus looks AWESOME I really want them to come out with a cattail as a character, or a watermelon. Those where always my favorite plants on PvZ, and I think they would be cool in garden warfare

There was a very old game called the munchables and some of the rejected plant classes they flat out stole from like the pineapple looking one

The shark chomper would probably be called shomper or something like that

The chompers after the yeti is probably a space or alien chompers.(cosmic) That would be soooooo cool.

Ideas for temple and liquid chompers: Temple chomper can shoot small rocks at enemies like the yeti chomper but instead of freezing foes they explode and deal splash damage. The chomper has 185 health and they're slower than regular chompers due to being made of stone. Liquid chompers have a special burrow where they turn into a puddle allowing them extra speed and the ability to jump in it unlike the regular burrow. the liquid chomper cannot eat a zombie from below while in the puddle form and they only have 140 health meaning zombies may be able to take out the liquid chomper before he becomes a puddle and run away.

imagine if instead of the Unicorn Chomper, we had a Galaxy Chomper, it would essentially be a unicorn chomper, but just a cooler aesthetic

the alien chomper you was talking about was a thing called the predator,the predator has its own movie

I think a good idea for the liquid meatal chomper is that when it gets damaged it gets smaller and faster

I've alredy had an idea of a varient of the cientist, it would mostly based on skills on medicine just by being a pharmaceutical and having a better CD for the abilities or some other little buff.For his weapon use, it would be nice if he had a fast attack but with low damage (both close range and long range by zooming in) with a interesting idea of having pills as the ammo exploding out of the weapon just like the usual cientists weapons

They should make a special class for GW3 called melon serpent that shots seeds And bonk joy (you might say chomper is a melee class) but chomper is a ninja joy is a street fighter they should give joy a hadoken

What i think is all these galaxy and space like variants are the first party characters. Saying many of the characters have them. But then were scrapped got what we know now as the party variants

The chomper section that had the rainbow/potential unicorn chomper also looks like the third one is the twilight chomper

For the Aztec chomper, it should have a head that has a temple on the top that shoots a zombie head after eating a zombie

I think the corn dog is like a blinding or splatter type of variant like Moto X star by covering the enemy and prevent them from using their abilities

What if the shark chomper was a legendary and it's super meter could have swim through the ground like a shark and u swallow zombies to keep the gauge going
