Just received mine today and there has been an update ! Bike comes now with front and rear lights. Nice bike and paintjob is better than what you see on KZread films. Really happy with it.

Yes and quick and easy to fold.

Wow, this is really great value. Only about 10% more expensive than the cheapest e-bike in the UK (Basis SP20), but it comes with a lot of stuff that bike doesn't have. The other bike doesn't have mechanical disk brakes, or fork suspension, or a decent kickstand, no display, headlight or throttle either, and it's battery is 30% smaller than the Z20. Edit: Available to the UK in May!

Yes for the price point it has a lot on offer. The front suspension, bike rack and disc brakes. Overall a good package.

They sell it for 725 euro but in the UK , its £750 !? I saw the bike in pogocycle for £660 at one stage. They also bans anyone who post constructive criticism about the company or the bike in their facebook community

I bought my z20 pro. But there was a fault with the front brake on receiv. The front brake is touching the disc. It is a noise that cannot be adjusted away. It was also priblem white the wheel that bounces up and down when you get up to little speed. I have tried for two weeks to talk to the supplier who does not come up with any concrete solutions. On how to solve the problems. Its always risks ordering from internet. But it's irritating when they not interested to solve the problem.

please do not worry, we use an upgraded aluminum frame, which is impossible to break.

Yes, it is waterproof, but for security reasons, we do not recommend using it in very bad weather.

I ordered the bike on the official site but still no news about the bike ...no tracking number. they promise to ship it after two working days. does somebdy knows how long it takes to reveive the bike in Belgium?

I received the bike today after a week of ordering. The bike is great and the motor is strong compared to my old bike. The built quality and looks are great. Only need a good lock to be safe from theft. there is a litte play on the steering but this is possible an adjustment. thanks for the review , it helped me to choose this bike!

I just got a bike a week ago and the breaks are kinda shit and super noisy

Can you deactivate the unwanted, intrusive darned pedal-assist and ONLY use the throttle ? If not I ain't buying one. I the rider-owner want to decide when I need power not have b***dy pedal-assist kicking in all the time. It also increases range if ebike-riders can activate power only when we need it or want it !! This is the worst company ever. Be careful. Be careful. If you get a broken bike, they refuse to replace the parts. I have huge problems with them. A month after the bike was delivered I can't use it.

I have trying by sending pictures movies. I have sent dusin of emails. We have mailing for a month now. With actual no responses how to fix the problem. The front wheel and brakes are wrongful from factory. The only way is to replace whole front fork. Thay refuse to take that deal.
