Yes you can use L805. There will be no problem. At least for us there has never been any issue.

On our experience what we have found is if the paper is stored in cold and damp place before using it fades faster. Also experiment with different brand papers. Some works better than others.

To be honest, I don't know how you manage to do such a good job every single time I take a look at my ID I other for fake but it was scannable.

No it's non printable pvc sheet which is inserted in between. It's cheaper supporting sheet.

actually if you want to print yes you can, but with pvc card, i believe it is not recommendable since brother dcp t700w uses dye ink instead of pigment ink

It depends on how much are you willing to pay for a card. If money is not an issue then Evolis printer is much better, flexible, easy and fast.
