All you need is: 1.5" pvc, 2"x1/8" aluminum bar stock, U bolts, ss bolts with nuts, wood to make a jig and a trim router with top mount bearing. Good luck!

Awesome,I feel the same way about those expensive store bought ones. BTW these are going on 3 years and they look and work exactly the same as day 1

I have a table router Makes the slot process nice but you jig is sweet. How did you bevel the inside of the top? Thanks
