Would this be considered LOCA bonding or OCR bonding? I'm trying to figure out the difference between LOCA, OCR, and OCA types.

Frost Pat, thank you for asking this question. There is a lot of overlap in the nomenclature, so I’ve listed the acronyms in full below. I hope this helps explain the differences. • LOCA = Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive = OCR = Optically Clear Resin = dispensing like the video shown. • OCA = Optically Clear Adhesive = Dry Bonding = Tape Bonding o This process typically takes place in a vacuum chamber and then is followed by a dwell period in an Autoclave. • Please contact info@pva.net for more information related to these processes.
Why do you need to apply the "underside dot"?

I think need to apply the underside dot inside center because to make sure no bubble, flowable and glue thickness.after dispensing
